dc.description.abstract | Motivasi kerja mempunyai hubungan erat dengan perilaku seseorang dimulai, disokong, dikuatkan dan diarahkan. Oleh karena itu dasar untuk memotivasi karyawan antara lain adalah membuat suasana kerja yang dapat menimbulkan atau membuat karyawan dapat bertindak dan melakukan sesuatu. salah satu cara pengingkatan demi mencapai kinerja yang baik adalah dengan memberikan motivasi atau dorongan. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menjelaskan apakah ada hubungan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja pada karyawan mitra di PT. JNE Medan Selatan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan mitra JNE sebanyak 30 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling yakni pengambilan sampel dimana jumlah sampel sama dengan populasi. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala Likert yaitu skala Motivasi kerja dan data kinerja karyawan yaitu skala Kinerja. Uji analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi (rxy) diperoleh hasil sebesar 0,405 dengan signifikan p = p = 0.000 < 0,050. Artinya hipotesis yang diajukan diterima yaitu terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara Motivasi kerja dengan Kinerja. Secara umum penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat Motivasi kerja yang tinggi dimana mean hipotetiknya 55, lebih kecil dari nilai mean empirik yang didapat adalah 67,53, dan selisihnya melebihi satu SD (7.655). Selain itu karyawan mitra PT. JNE Medan Selatan juga memiliki Kinerja yang juga tergolong tinggi, dimana mean empiriknya 343.77, dan selisihnya melebihi satu SD (108.943) Adapun koefisien determinasi dari korelasi tersebut sebesar r2 = 0.210 artinya Motivasi kerja memberikan sumbangan efektif terhadap sebuah kinerja sebesar 21%. Work motivation has a close the correlations with how a person's behavior is initiated, supported, reinforced, and directed. Therefore, the basis for motivating employees, among others, is to create a work atmosphere that can lead to or make employees able to act and do something. One way to improve in order to achieve good performance is to provide motivation or encouragement. This study aims to explain whether there is a relationship between work motivation and the performance of partner employees at PT. JNE South Medan. The sample in this study were 30 employees of JNE partners, with the sampling technique using total sampling, namely sampling where the number of samples is the same as the population. Data collection was carried out using two Likert scales, namely the work motivation scale and the performance scale. The data analysis test using the correlation technique (rxy) obtained a result of 0.405 with a significant p = p = 0.000 < 0.050. This means that the proposed hypothesis is accepted, that is, there is a positive and significant relationship between work motivation and performance. In general, this study proves that there is a high work motivation where the hypothetical mean is 55, smaller than the empirical mean value obtained is 67.53, and the difference is more than one SD (7.655). In addition, partner employees of PT. JNE Medan Selatan also has a relatively high performance, where empirical mean 343.77, and the difference is more than one SD (108.943The coefficient of determination of the correlation is r2 = 0.210, meaning that work motivation contributes effectively to a performance of 21%. | en_US |
