dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan dukungan organisasional dengan kerjasama tim yang terjadi pada karyawan di bagian operasional PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, Cabang Iskandar Muda Medan. Berdasarkan tinjauan teoritis maka hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan positif dukungan organisasional dengan kerjasama tim. Dengan asumsi semakin tinggi dukungan organisasional maka kerjasama tim semakin tinggi, sebaliknya jika semakin rendah dukungan organisasional maka kerjasama tim semakin rendah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan bagian operasional di PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia sebanyak 35 karyawan dan sampel diambil menggunakan metode pengumpulan data total sampling dimana jumlah sampel sama dengan populasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Penyebaran skala dukungan organisasional dengan kerjasama tim menggunakan skala Likert dan metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Korelasi Product Moment. Berdasarkan analisis perolehan hasil menunjukkan nilai signifikan p = 0,000 < 0,05 dan koefisien korelasi sebesar (rxy) = 0,643 sehingga hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini diterima. This study aims to find the correlation between the organizational support and teamwork which occurred on operational section employees' of the PR Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, Iskandar Muda Medan. Based on the theoretical review, the proposed hypothesis for this study was a positive correlation between organizational support and teamwork. By assuming that the higher Organizational support, the higher Teamwork. Otherwise, lower Organizational support means lower Teamwork. The population in this study were all of the operational section employees at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia. There were 35 employees, which were taken as the sample. Total sampling is the data collection method for this study, with the amount of the sample as many as the population. A quantitative method is used for this study. Skala Likert was used for the scala distribution of organizational support and teamwork. "Korelasi produk momen" was used as the analysis method in this study. The analysis of the acquisition result shows there was a significant value of p = 0.000 0.05 and a correlation coefficient of rxy = 0.643, which means that the proposed hypothesis for this study is accepted.en_US
