dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara perceived organizational support dengan work engagement pada guru di pesantren Darul Arafah . Peneliti menggunakan skala Perceived Organizational Support dan Work Engagement. Skala Perceived Organizational Support dengan dimensi keadilan, dukungan atasan, penghargaan dan kondisi pekerjaan. Berikutnya skala Work Engagement dengan dimensi vigor, dedication, absorption. Penelitian ini dilakukan di pesantren Darul Arafah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif korelasional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan tenik total sampling yaitu guru SMA dyah galih agung yang berjumlah 90 orang. Pengambilan skala menggunakan dua skala, yaitu skala Perceived Organizational Support dan skala Work Engagement. Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara Perceived Organizational Support dengan Work Engagement dengan koefisien korelasi Rxy = 0.308 : p = 0,012 < 0,05 terdapat hubungan sebesar 20% dari hasil ini diketahui bahwa masih terdapat 80 % sumbangan dari faktor atau variable lain terhadap terbentuknya work engagement. Jadi antara kedua variabel ada hubungan sebab akibat. Dari hasil yang diperoleh ini, maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa hipotesa yang diajukan diterima. This study aims to examine the correlation between perceived organizational support and work engagement on teachers at Darul Arafah Islamic boarding school. Researchers used the Perceived Organizational Support and Work Engagement scale. Perceived Organizational Support scale with dimensions of fairness, superior support, rewards and working conditions. Next is the Work Engagement scale with the dimensions of vigor, dedication, absorption. This research was conducted at the Darul Arafah Islamic boarding school. The method used in this research is correlational quantitative method. Sampling used a total sampling technique, namely Dyah Galih Agung high school teachers, totaling 90 people. The scale is taken using two scales, namely the Perceived Organizational Support scale and the Work Engagement scale. There is a significant positive relationship between Perceived Organizational Support and Work Engagement with a correlation coefficient Rxy = 0,308 : p = 0.012 < 0.05 there is a relationship of 20% from this result, it is known that there is still 80% contribution from other factors or variables to the formation of work engagement. So there is a causal relationship between the two variables. From the results obtained, it can be stated that the proposed hypothesis is accept. | en_US |
