dc.description.abstractTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kepuasan Konsumen Dalam Memakai Jasa Even Organizer Tridi Project. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian asosiatif, dimana variabel diukur dengan skala likert. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara (interview), dengan daftar pertanyaan (questionnaire) dan studi dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Konsumen Even Organizer Tridi Project yang berjumlah 100 orang. Penarikan sampel dengan metode sampling jenuh atau lebih dikenal dengan istilah sensus. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah sampel relatif kecil yaitu sebanyak 100 orang. Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 22, dengan analisis deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) secara parsial variabel Kualitas Produk mempengaruhi Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Dalam Memakai Jasa Even Organizer Tridi Project..(2) secara parsial variabel Kualitas Layanan mempengaruhi Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Dalam Memakai Jasa Even Organizer Tridi Project (3) secara parsial variabel Harga mempengaruhi Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Dalam Memakai Jasa Even Organizer Tridi Project (4) secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel Kualitas Produk , Kualitas Layanan dan Harga mempengaruhi Kepuasan Konsumen Dalam Memakai Jasa Even Organizer Tridi Project. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze , Factors Affecting Customer Satisfaction in Using the Services of Project Tridi Event Organizer. The research method used is associative research, where variables are measured by a Likert scale. The data collection method was carried out by interview (interview), with a questionnaire and documentary study. The population in this study were all Project Tridi Event Organizer consumers, amounting to 100 people. Sampling with a saturated sampling method or better known as a census. In this study, the sample size is relatively small, namely as many as 100 people. Data processing using SPSS software version 22, with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) partially the product quality variable affects the customer satisfaction in using the Tridi Project Event Organizer service. (2) partially the service quality variable affects the customer satisfaction in using the Tridi Project Event Organizer (3) partially the service Price variables affect Customer Satisfaction in Using the Services Event Organizer Tridi Project (4) simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of Product Quality, Service Quality and Price affect Customer Satisfaction in Using Tridi Project Event Organizer Services.en_US
