dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji secara empirik apakah ada hubungan antara antara kepuasan kerja dengan loyalitas kerja pada anggota Polri yang bertugas di Samsat Sumatera Utara. Jumlah Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 122 orang Anggota Polri yang bertugas di Samsat Sumatera Utara. Untuk menentukan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purvosive sampling. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan metode skala psikologi dan di peroleh melalui skala likert. Untuk metode analisis data menggunakan uji reabilitas dan validitas dengan bantuan program IBM SPSS Statistic 25. Analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi r product moment, setelah sebelumnya dilakukan uji Normalitas dan Uji linieritas varian. Uji normalitas sebaran dianalisis dengan rumus Kolmogrov dan Smirnov, dimana kriterianya adalah p > 0,050 sebaran dinyatakan normal sedangkan untuk uji linieritas digunakan untuk melihat derajat hubungan antar varian, dengan kriteria jika p <0.05 maka dinyatakan linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Loyalitas kerja pada Anggota Polri yang bertugas di Samsat Sumatera Utara tergolong tinggi , yang dapat dilihat melalui mean hipotetik sebesar (50,0) < mean empirik (76,24) dan selisihnya melebihi SD (3,931). Sedangkan Kepuasan Kerja pada Anggota Polri yang bertugas di Samsat Sumatera Utara juga tergolong tinggi yang dapat dilihat dengan mean hipotetik (50,0) > mean empirik (73.30) dan selisih mean ini melebihi SD (5,776). Berdasarkan analisis data, diperoleh bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini dinyatakan diterima, yaitu ada hubungan positif antara Kepuasan Kerja Dengan Loyalitas Kerja Pada Anggota Polri Yang Bertugas Di Samsat Sumatera Utara. This study aims to determine and empirically test whether there is a relationship between job satisfaction and job loyalty for members of the National Police who serve in the North Sumatra Samsat. The total population in this study amounted to 122 members of the National Police who served in North Sumatra Samsat. To determine the number of samples in this study using purvosive sampling technique. The method of data collection using a psychological scale method and obtained through a Likert scale. The data analysis method uses reliability and validity tests with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistic 25 program. Data analysis uses the r product moment correlation technique, after having previously carried out normality tests and variance linearity tests. The distribution normality test was analyzed using the Kolmogrov and Smirnov formula, where the criteria were p > 0.050 the distribution was declared normal, while the linearity test was used to see the degree of relationship between variants, with the criteria that if p < 0.05 it was declared linear. The results showed that the work loyalty of Polri members who served in North Sumatra Samsat was relatively high, which could be seen from the hypothetical mean of (50.0) < empirical mean (76.24) and the difference was higher than SD (3.931). Meanwhile, job satisfaction among Polri members who work in North Sumatra Samsat is also relatively high, which can be seen with the hypothetical mean (50.0) > empirical mean (73.30) and this mean difference exceeds SD (5.776). Based on data analysis, it was found that the hypothesis proposed in this study was accepted, namely that there was a positive relationship between Job Satisfaction and Job Loyalty for Police Members on duty in North Sumatra Samsat.en_US
