dc.description.abstract | Perkembangan usaha bisnis dalam era globalisasi saat ini semangkin pesat ditandai dengan tingkat persaingan antar perusahaan yang semakin tinggi dan ketat. Salah satu perusahaan yang mengalami persaingan yang ketat adalah perusahaan jasa dibidang entertainment. Dikarenakan hal tersebut, perusahaan harus lebih giat lagi untuk mencari hal-hal yang baru terkait dengan bidang entertainment agar perusahaan dapat mencapai target dan menjadi semakin. Perusahaan tidak boleh menghandalkan pelayanan yang sudah ia berikan, perusahaan juga harus mempertahankan kualitas pelayanannya dan memikirkan apa kemauan dari konsumen. Perusahaan juga harus menjalin hubungan baik dengan pelanggan setianya, apabila pelanggan merasa puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan maka secara tidak langsung pelanggan akan menjadi loyal kepada perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga variabel penelitian, yang pertama variabel X1 yaitu Customer Relationship Marketing, variabel X2 yaitu Personal Selling dan yang terakhir varibel Y Kepuasan Pelanggan. Sampel ini di ambil dari pelanggan yang sudah memakai jasa pada CV. PUTRA MEDAN sebanyak 2 kali atau lebih. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah analisi deskriptif, uji heteroskedasitas, uji Multikolonieritas, uji normalitas, uji t, uji f dan analisi jalur (path analysis). The development of business ventures in the current era of globalization is increasingly rapidly marked by the level of competition between companies that are increasingly high and tight. One company that experiences intense competition is a service company in the entertainment sector. Because of this, the company must be more active ini looking for new things related to the entertainment sector so that the company can achieve the target and become increasingly. The company cannot rely on the services that it has provided. The company must also maintain the quality of its services and think about what the consumers want. The company must also establish good relationships with its loyal cutomers, if customers feel satisfied with the services provided, indirectly customers will becomeloyal to the company. This study uses three research variabels, the first variable X1 is Customers Relationship Marketing, the variabel X2 is Personal Selling and the Variabel Y is Customers Satisfaction . this sample was taken by 65 people from customers who have used services at CV. Putra Medan 2 times or more. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data colletion method using questionnaire data instrument. Data analysis used was descriptive analysis, heteroskedacity test, multicollinearity test, normality test, t test, f test and path analysis. | en_US |
