dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kepercayaan Terhadap Minat Menabung Nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia Medan Petisah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer atau kuesioner dan metode analisis data menggunakan SPSS 25. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia Medan Petisah yang berjumlah 11.355 nasabah. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah Probability sampling yaitu Stratified Proportionate Random Sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin maka jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 387 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial pengaruh kualitas pelayanan (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menabung Bank Syariah Indonesia Medan Petisah. Pengaruh kepercayaan (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menabung nasabah di Bank Syariah Indonesia Medan Petisah. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan kepercayaan berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menabung nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia Medan Petisah. This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality and Trust on Saving Interests of Indonesian Sharia Bank Customers in Medan Petisah. This type of research is associative with a quantitative approach. The data used are primary data or questionnaires and the method of data analysis using SPSS 25. The population in this study were all customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia Medan Petisah totaling 11,355 customers. The sample technique used is probability sampling, namely Stratified Proportionate Random Sampling using the Slovin formula, the number of samples in this study was 387 respondents. Based on the results of this study indicate that partially the effect of service quality (X1) has a positive and significant effect on interest in saving at Bank Syariah Indonesia Medan Petisah. The influence of trust (X2) has a positive and significant effect on customer interest in saving at Bank Syariah Indonesia Medan Petisah. So it can be concluded that the quality of service and trust have a positive and significant effect on the interest in saving customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia Medan Petisah. | en_US |
