Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan employee engagement dengan kinerja karyawan pada PDAM Tirtanadi Cabang Tuasan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah skala yang terdiri dari skala employee engagement. Pada metode dokumentasi berupa Penilaian Kinerja Pegawai (PKP) yang diperoleh dari Divisi Sumber Daya Manusia bagian kepegawaian. Analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment dari Karl Pearson. Sampel yang dipakai merupakan karyawan kontrak yang bekerja di PDAM Tirtanadi Cabang Tuasan sejumlah 34 orang, pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Hipotesis penelitian ini, terdapat hubungan yang positif antara employee engagement dengan kinerja pada karyawan di PDAM Tirtanadi Cabang Tuasan. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan maka hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini dinyatakan diterima dengan perhitungan analisis korelasi nilai (rrr)= 0,465 dan taraf sig P = 0,001 < 0.050. Artinya semakin engaged seorang karyawan maka semakin baik kinerja yang akan dihasilkan. Begitu juga sebaliknya, semakin tidak engaged seorang karyawan maka semakin buruk kinerja yang di hasilkan. Begitu juga dengan nilai koefisien determinan korelasi tersebut sebesar r2 = 0,216 dengan artian bahwa Employee engagement memberikan kontribusi terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar (21,6%) dan terdapat 78,4% faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi employee engagement yang tidak terlihat dalam penelitian ini. This research aims to know the correlation between employee engagement and employee performance at PDAM Tirtanadi, Tuasan Branch. This research method uses quantitative methods. The method used in data collection is a scale consisting of an employee engagement scale. In the documentation method in the form of Employee Performance Assessment (PKP) obtained from the Human Resources Division of the personnel section. Data analysis used product moment correlation technique from Karl Pearson. The sample used is 34 contract employees who work at PDAM Tirtanadi, Tuasan Branch, sampling using purposive sampling. The hypothesis of this research is that there is a positive relationship between employee engagement and performance of employees at PDAM Tirtanadi, Tuasan Branch. Based on the data analysis carried out, the hypothesis proposed in this study was declared accepted by calculating the correlation analysis value (rxy) = 0.465 and the level of sig P = 0.001 < 0.050. This means that the more engaged an employee is, the better the performance will be. Vice versa, the less engaged an employee is, the worse the performance will be. Likewise, the value of the correlation determinant coefficient is r2 = 0.216, which means that employee engagement contributes to employee performance by (21.6%) and there are 78.4% of other factors that can affect employee engagement which are not seen in this study.
