Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat Gambaran Work Engagement Pada Pegawai Badan Narkotika Nasional Republik Indonesia Provinsi Sumatera Utara yang berada di Kota Medan tersebut secara keseluruhan, meluas, dan terarah. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 45 orang Pegawai yang bekerja di Badan Narkotika Nasional Republik Indonesia Provinsi Sumatera Utara dari populasi 120 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala work engagement yang ditinjau dari segi aspek. Aspek tersebut terdiri dari Vigor, Dedication, dan Absorption. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggambarkan kuesioner atau angket. Dengan skala pengukuran yang digunakan ialah skala likert pada penelitian ini. Metode analisis digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah statistika deskriptif frekuentif. Berdasarkan Hasil Analisis data statistika frekuentif umum dilihat Gambaran Work Engagement menunjukkan aspek Absorption lebih tinggi dengan persentase kecenderungan 30,98%, Dedication diposisi urutan kedua sedang 26,31% dan Vigor memiliki persetase terendah 22,60%. Kesimpulan Penelitian menyatakan Pegawai BNNPSU totalitas dalam bekerja pada saat kesehariaannya, sangat menghayati pekerjaan tersebut tanpa kecuali dan tidak hanya itu tetap masih dalam cerminan Jati diri pegawai bekerja untuk tetap selalu berdedikasi kuat meski mengalami banyak tuntutan dan konflik walau vigor mengalami penurunan yang bisa dikatakan tidak stabil. Peneliti menyampaikan beberapa dari pegawai yang seperti itu, sebagian lagi terlibat biasa saja dan sisanya tidak menunjukkan arah posisi gambaran work engagement dalam bekerja di tempat pekerjaan. This study aims to look at the overall description of the work engagement for the employees of the National Narcotics Agency of the Republic of Indonesia in the Province of North Sumatra in Medan City. The sample in this study amounted to 45 employees who work at the National Narcotics Agency of the Republic of Indonesia, North Sumatra Province from a population of 120 people. This study uses a work engagement scale in terms of aspects. These aspects consist of Vigor, Dedication, and Absorption. Data collection in this study describes a questionnaire or questionnaire. The measurement scale used is the Likert scale in this study. The method of analysis used in this research is descriptive-frequency statistics. Based on the results of the analysis of frequent statistical data, it can be seen that the Work Engagement overview shows that the absorption aspect is higher with a trend percentage of 30.98%, Dedication is in the second position being 26.31% and Vigor has the lowest percentage of 22.60%. The conclusion of the study states that BNNPSU employees are total in working during their daily lives, really appreciate the work without exception and not only that, it is still a reflection of the identity of employees working to remain strongly dedicated despite experiencing many demands and conflicts even though vigor has decreased which can be said to be unstable. . The researcher said that some of the employees were like that, some of them were involved normally and the rest did not show the direction of the position of work engagement in working in the workplace.
