dc.description.abstract | Disiplin kerja merupakan bagian atau variabel yang sangat penting dalam pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia, karena itu disiplin diperlukan dalam suatu organisasi agar tidak terjadi keteledoran, penyimpangan atau kelalaian dan akhirnya pemborosan dalam melakukan pekerjaan. Disiplin kerja yang tinggi dari karyawan dalam suatu perusahaan menunjukkan integritas dan tanggungjawab karyawan terhadap perusahaan. Dengan disiplin kerja yang tinggi, memudahkan perusahaan mencapai tujuannya, jika karyawan memiliki disiplin kerja maka karyawan akan bekerja secara efektif dan dapat mengefisiensi waktu dalam bekerja sehingga tidak akan terjadi penyimpangan-penyimpangan yang dapat merugikan perusahaan dan dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan itu sendiri. Permasalahan kompensasi seperti pemberian kompensasi yang tidak sesuai dengan hasil kerja, dan terlambatnya tunjangan, berkurangnya kompensasi tugas luar dan lain sebagainya yang sering diberikan kepada pegawai menyebabkan pegawai malas dalam melakukan pekerjaannya yang mengakibatkan tingkat disiplin pegawai menurun. Work discipline is a very important part or variable in the development of human resource management, therefore discipline is needed in an organization so that there is no negligence, deviation or negligence and ultimately waste in doing work. High work discipline from employees in a company shows the integrity and responsibility of employees to the company. With high work discipline, it is easier for the company to achieve its goals, if employees have work discipline, employees will work effectively and can make time efficient at work so that there will be no deviations that can harm the company and can improve the performance of the employees themselves. Compensation problems such as the provision of compensation that is not in accordance with the results of work, and late allowances, reduced compensation for external assignments and so on which are often given to employees cause employees to be lazy in doing their work which results in a decreased level of employee discipline. | en_US |
