Analisa Data Hasil Pengolahan Limbah Cair PT. Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Kawasan Industri Medan (KIM II) Mabar

Abstract

Kemajuan suatu negara akan selalu dibarengi dengan pertumbuhan industri yang cukup pesat. Indonesia juga mengalami pertumbuhan industri yang cukup pesat. Perkembangan industri ini akan memberikan dampak yang sangat besar bagi pemerintah dalam hal pendapatan negara. Tetapi disisi lain perkembangan industri bisa membawa dampak negative berupa pencemaran oleh limbah-limbah industri baik limbah cair, padat dan gas. Metode penelitian ini bersifat penelitian kasus/lapangan dan penelitian yang bersifat deskriftip. Proses pengolahan limbah cair PT. Charoen Pokphand Indonesia melalui pengolahan primer (pre Treatment) dengan fasilitas enam tangki penampungan dan adanya proses pencampuran bahan chemical seperti PAC (Poly Alum Chloride) dan caustic soda pada prinsipnya terjadi perbadaan berat jenis antara minyak dan lemak. Hasil analisis kualitas limbah cair di PT. Charoen Pokphand Indonesia telah sesuai dengan baku mutu yang mengacu pada standart Baku Mutu Air Limbah Kawasan. The progress of a country will always be accompanied by a fairly rapid industrial growth. Indonesia also experienced quite rapid industrial growth. The development of this industry will have a very big impact on the government in terms of state revenue. But on the other hand industrial development can bring negative impacts in the form of pollution by industrial wastes, both liquid, solid and gas. This research method is a case / field research and descriptive research. PT. Charoen Pokphand Indonesia through primary treatment (pre treatment) with six storage tanks and the mixing of chemicals such as PAC (Poly Alum Chloride) and caustic soda, in principle there is a difference in density between oil and fat. The results of the analysis of the quality of liquid waste at PT. Charoen Pokphand Indonesia complies with quality standards that refer to the Regional Wastewater Quality Standards.
