Abstract: Penelitian ini Bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara person Job-fit dengan kepuasan kerja pada pegawai di Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Hipotesis yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara person job-fit dengan kepuasan kerja pada pegawai dinas kesehatan provinsi sumatera utara. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa skala likert yaitu skala kepuasan kerja dan skala person job-fit. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 pegawai di Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Teknik yang digunakan adalah Total Sampling. Analisis korelasi r Product Moment, Rxy = 0,971 dan p = 0,000 <0,050. Hasil ini menunjukan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja berkontribusi atau memberikan sumbangsi terhadap Person Job-Fit sebesar 94,2%. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas (Job Fit) mempunyai hubungan yang linearitas terhadap variabel terikat (Kepuasan Kerja). Analisis uji hubungan diketahui bahwa, mean empirik variabel Kompensai ialah 111.21, sedangkan buat variabel Job Fit, mean empiriknya ialah 50.46. This study aims to determine the correlation between person job-fit with job satisfaction on the employees of the Health Office of North Sumatra Province. The hypothesis contained in this study is that there is a significant positive correlation between person job-fit and job satisfaction for the health service employees of the North Sumatra Province. The type of research used is quantitative with correlational methods. The data collection technique is in the form of a Likert scale, namely the job satisfaction scale and the person job-fit scale. The population in this study were 80 employees at the North Sumatra Provincial Health Office. The technique used is Total Sampling. Correlation analysis r Product Moment, Rxy = 0.971 and p = 0.000 <0.050. These results indicate that Job Satisfaction contributes or contributes to Person Job-Fit by 94.2%. The results of the analysis show that the independent variable (Job Fit) has a linear correlation to the dependent variable (Job Fit). Analysis of the correlation test is known that, the empirical mean of the compensation variable is 111.21, while for the Job Fit variable, the empirical mean is 50.46
