Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara budaya organisasi dengan organizational citizenship behavior (ocb) pada karyawan di PT. Humala Giat Mandiri Medan. Organizational citizenship behavior adalah suatu perilaku individu yang bebas dan merupakan perilaku bijaksana yang membuat organisasi menjadi efektif dan bukan merupakan pekerjaan resmi pegawai serta tidak berkaitan secara langsung dan eksplisit dengan sistem reward. Budaya organisasi adalah seperangkat asumsi atau sistem keyakinan, nilai- nilai dan norma yang dijadikan pedoman tingkah laku bagi anggota- anggotanya untuk mengatasi masalah adaptasi eksternal dan integrasi internal.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional.Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling,sehingga sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 43 orang. Mean hipotetik dan empirik setiap variabel tergolong tinggi dengan nilai 97,5 dan 111,21 untuk budaya organisasi dan 82,5 dan 96,86 untuk variabel organizational citizenship behavior dan kedua variabel tergolong tinggi.Berdasarkan hasil analisis metode korelasi r product moment, diketahui ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara budaya organisasi dengan organizaational citizenship behavior, dimana rxy = 0,621 dengan p(sig) = 0,001 < 0,010. Koefisien determinan r2 = 0,385, yang menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi mempengaruhi organizational citizenship behavior sebesar 38,5%.Selebihnya 61,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain seperti kepuasan kerja, komitmen, kepribadian, moral karyawan, motivasi, gaya kepemimpinan, kepercayaan pada pimpinan. This study aims to analyze the relationship between organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior on employees at PT. Humala Giat Mandiri Medan. Organizational citizenship behavior is an individual behavior that is free and a wise behavior that makes the organization effective and its not an official job of employees and not directly and explicitly related to reward system. Organizational Culture is sets of assumption or belief system, values, norms that are used as behavioral guidelines for its member to overcome problems of external adaption and internal integration. This research is quantitive research with type of correlational research.Sampling technique in this study used total sampling, so the sample in this study amounted to 43 people. The hypothetical and empirical mean values of each variables are classified as high with a value of 97,5 and 111,21 for organizational culture and 82,5 and 96,86 for organizational citizenship behavior.Based on the analysis of r product moment correlation method, its known that is a positive and significant relationship between organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior, where rxy = 0,621 with p (sig) = 0,001 < 0,010. The coefficient determinant r2 = 0,385, which indicates that organizational culture affects organizational citizenship behavior by 38,5 %. The remaining 61,5% are influenced by other factors such job satisfaction, commitment, personality, employee morale, motivation, leadership style, trust in leadership.
