dc.description.abstract | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan Dan Keterampilan Wirausaha Terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha Pada UMKM di Desa Tanjung Anom. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian asosiatif, dimana variabel diukur dengan skala likert. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara (interview), dengan daftar pertanyaan (questionnaire) dan studi dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pelaku Usaha Pada UMKM Di Desa Tanjung Anom yang berjumlah 176 orang. Penarikan sampel dengan metode sampling jenuh atau lebih dikenal dengan istilah sensus. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah sampel yaitu sebanyak 122 orang. Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 22, dengan analisis deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) secara parsial variabel Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan mempengaruhi Keberhasilan Usaha Pada UMKM di Desa Tanjung Anom (2) secara parsial variabel Keterampilan Wirausaha mempengaruhi Keberhasilan Usaha Pada UMKM Di Desa Tanjung Anom (3) secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan dan Keterampilan Wirausaha mempengaruhi Keberhasilan Usaha Pada UMKM di Desa Tanjung Anom. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze The Influence of Entrepreneurial Knowledge and Entrepreneurial Skills on Business Success at UMKM in Tanjung Anom Village’ The research method used is associative research, where variables are measured by a Likert scale. The data collection method was carried out by interview (interview), with a questionnaire and documentary study. The population in this study were all business actors at UMKM in Tanjung Anom Village, amounting to 176 people. Sampling with a saturated sampling method or better known as a census. In this study, the number of samples was 122 people. Data processing using SPSS software version 22, with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing multiple regression analysis. The results show that: (1) partially the entrepreneurial knowledge variable affects the success of businesses at UMKM in Tanjung Anom Village ... (2) partially the entrepreneurial skills variable affects the business success of UMKM in Tanjung Anom Village ... (3) simultaneously There is a positive and significant influence between the variables of Entrepreneurial Knowledge and Entrepreneurial Skills affecting the Success of UMKM in Tanjung Anom Village. | en_US |
