dc.description.abstractAdversity quotient merupakan sebuah kemampuan yang dimiliki individu untuk bisa mencapai sukses. Dimana adversity quotient yang tinggi akan menggambarkan bahwa individu tidak mudah menyerah dan selalu berjuang untuk mencapai tujuan. Fokus penelitian ini adalah melihat adversity quotient pada pengurus organisasi KAMMI Kota Medan kemudian dikaitkan dengan self efficacy karena salah satu faktor yang dapat meningkatkan adversity quotient dalam diri individu adalah self efficacy. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kekuataan, arah dan signifikan hubungan antara self efficacy dengan adversity quotient pada pengurus KAMMI Kota Medan. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 35 orang dengan meggunakan teknik total sampling. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dimana pengumpulan data menggunakan dua skala, yaitu skala self efficacy dan skala adversity quotient yang nantinya diolah dengan batuan program SPSS versi 26 for windows. Analisis menggunakan korelasi pearson dimana harus memiliki syarat data harus normal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara self efficacy dengan adversity quotient dilihat dari nilai koefisien (Rxy) = 0.784 dengan p= 0.000 < 0.050, artinya semakin tinggi self efficacy pengurus KAMMI Kota Medan maka semakin tinggi adversity quotientnya. Sebaliknya semakin rendah self efficacy pengurus KAMMI Kota Medan maka semakin rendah adversity quotientnya. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara self efficacy dengan adversity quotient pada pengurus organisasi Kota Medan. Adversity quotient is an individual's ability to be successful. Where adversity quotient a highwill illustrate that individuals do not give up easily and always struggle to achieve goals. The focus of this study is to look at the adversity quotient of the KAMMI in Medan and then it is associated with self efficacy because one of the factors that can increase the adversity quotient in individuals is self efficacy. The purpose of this study was to determine the strength, direction and significant relationship between self-efficacy and adversity quotient on KAMMI in Medan. Participants in this study amounted to 35 people using total sampling technique. This type of research is a quantitative research, where data collection uses two scales, namely the self-efficacy scale and thescale adversity quotient which will be processed using SPSS version 26 for windows program. The analysis uses Pearson correlation which must have the condition that the data must be normal. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy and adversity quotient seen from the coefficient value (Rxy) = 0.784 with p = 0.000 < 0.050, meaning that the higher the selfefficacy of KAMMI in Medan, the higher the adversity quotient. On the other hand, the lower the self-efficacy of KAMMI in Medan, the lower the adversity quotient. So it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and adversity quotient in Medanen_US
