Abstract: | Karakteristik perkembangan remaja dan teknologi digital ditambah kejenuhan belajar di tengah pandemi Covid 19 memicu kerentanan remaja terhadap perilaku adiksi smartphone yang berdampak negatif pada perkembangan otak, kesehatan dan kesejahteraan. Terapi ekspresif dipertimbangkan untuk mengurangi kejenuhan belajar dan perilaku adiksi smartphone melalui proses ekspresif dan integrasi tubuh, emosi, dan pikiran melalui kegiatan seni. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh terapi ekspresif terhadap kejenuhan belajar dan perilaku adiksi smartphone pada remaja SMP Maitreyawira Deli Serdang dengan penelitian kuasi eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest-posttest. Subyek adalah remaja siswa SMP Maitreyawira Deli Serdang berusia 12-15 tahun dengan tingkat kejenuhan belajar dan perilaku adiksi smartphone pada kecenderungan sedang-tinggi. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner online dengan instrumen standar Maslach Burnout Inventory-Student Survey (MBI-SS) dan Smartphone Addiction Scale-Short Version (SAS-SV) dalam versi bahasa Indonesia yang telah diuji valididitas dan reabilitasnya. Uji hipotesis menggunakan Uji wilcoxon dengan aplikasi SPSS 20 pada hasil pretest-posttest menghasilkan nilai signifikan 0,007 pada kejenuhan belajar (Asymp.sig < 0,05), dan nilai signifikan 0,009 (Asymp.sig < 0,05). < 0,05) pada prilaku adiksi smartphone, artinya hipotesis penelitian diterima. Ada pengaruh terapi ekspresif terhadap kejenuhan belajar dengan kontribusi penurunan 13% dan perilaku adiksi smartphone pada remaja dengan kontribusi penurunan sebesar 12%. Adolescents and the peak development of digital technology as well as academic burnout in the midst of the COVID pandemic leads adolescents to the most susceptible to smartphone addiction behavior which potentially endanger the brain, mental health and well-being. Expressive therapy was considered an effective solution to reduce academic burnout and smartphone addiction behavior. This study purposed to research whether the expressive therapy has effect on academic burnout and smartphone addiction behavior in adolescents using an experimental study with one group pretest-posttest design. Subjects were adolescents students of Maitreyawira Junior high School aged 12-15 years with middle-high level of academic burnout and smartphone addiction scale. Data collection was using online questionnaire with standard instruments of Maslach Burnout Inventory-Student Survey (MBI-SS) and Smartphone Addiction Scale - Short Version (SAS-SV) in Indonesian which had been tested valid and reliable. Wilcoxon test was used for hypothesis test with SPSS 20 apps on the experimental pretest-posttest score resulted a significant value of 0.007 on academic burnout (Asymp.sig < 0.05), while on smartphone addiction behavior resulted a significant value of 0.009 (Asymp.sig < 0.05), therefore, there was an effect of expressive therapy on academic burnout with a decrease of 13% and on smartphone addiction behavior with a decrease of 12%. |
