dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan Konsep Diri dan Komunikasi Interpersonal dengan Motivasi Belajar pada Siswa SMP Negeri 2 Tanjung Tiram Kabupaten Bara, dengan populasi berjumlah 167 siswa. Sampel Penelitian berjumlah 33 siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket model Skala Likert. Teknik Pengumpulan data menggunakan tiga skala yang terdiri dari Skala Konsep Diri, Komunikasi Interpersonal dan Motivasi Belajar. Teknik Analisa yang digunakan adalah Regresi Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Konsep diri berhubungan positif dengan Motivasi Belajar siswa yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar R = 0,768. Dimana sumbangan variabel X1 terhadap variabel Y sebesar R2 = 58,9%. 2) Komunikasi Interpersonal berhubungan positif dengan Motivasi Belajar siswa yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar R = 0,584. Dimana sumbangan variabel X2 terhadap Y sebesar R2 = 34,1%. 3) Konsep Diri dan Komunikasi Interpersonal secara bersama-sama memiliki hubungan terhadap motivasi belajar sebesar R = 0,783. Dimana sumbangan variabel X1 dan X2 terhadap Y sebesar R2 = 61,3%. Dari hasil ini dapat dikatakan bahwa semakin tinggi Konsep Diri dan Komunikasi Interpersonal, semakin tinggi Motivasi belajar, dan sebaliknya semakin rendah Konsep Diri dan Komunikasi Interpersonal maka semakin rendah Motivasi Belajar siswa. This research aims to find out the correlation of Self-Concept and Interpersonal Communication with Learning Motivation in State Junior High School Students 2 Tanjung Tiram Bara Regency, with a population of 167 students. The research sample numbered 33 students. The method used in this study was a quantitative method with sampling techniques using the Stratified Random Sampling Proportional Technique. The instrument used was the Likert Scale model. Data collection techniques use three scales consisting of the Self-Concept Scale, Interpersonal Communication and Learning Motivation. The analysis technique used was multiple regression. Based on the results of the study concluded that: 1) Self-concept was positively related to student learning motivation indicated by a correlation coefficient of R = 0.768. Where the contribution of variable X1 to variable Y amounted to R2 = 58.9%. 2) Interpersonal communication was positively related to student learning motivation indicated by a correlation coefficient of R = 0.584. Where the contribution of variable X2 to Y amounted to R2 = 34.1%. 3) Self-Concept and Interpersonal Communication together have a relationship to learning motivation of R = 0.783. Where the variable contribution of X1 and X2 to Y amounted to R2 = 61.3%. From these results it can be said that the higher the Self-Concept and Interpersonal Communication, the higher the motivation to learn, and vice versa the lower the Self-Concept and Interpersonal Communication, the lower the student's Learning Motivation. | en_US |
