dc.description.abstract | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan resiliensi akademik dan dukungan sosial dengan prokrastinasi akademik mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi Angkatan 2015 dan 2016 Universitas Medan Area. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 128 orang mahasiswa, dimana teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan 3 (tiga) jenis skala yaitu skala prokrastinasi akademik, skala resiliensi akademik, dan skala dukungan sosial. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh data bahwa : (i). Ada hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara resiliensi akademik dengan prokrastinasi akademik dimana nilai koefisien R= -0,885 dan koefisien determinan R2=0,784 dengan p < 0.05, artinya semakin rendah resiliensi akademik maka semakin tinggi prokrastinasi akademik, dan sebaliknya. (ii). Ada hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial dengan prokrastinasi akademik dimana nilai koefisien R= -0,454 dan koefisien determinan R2=0,206 dengan p < 0.05, artinya semakin rendah dukungan sosial maka semakin tingi prokrastinasi akademik, dan sebaliknya. (iii). Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara resiliensi akademik dan dukungan sosial dengan prokrastinasi akademik dimana nilai koefisien F sebesar 218,390 dan p < 0,050. Adapun prokrastinasi akademik dibentuk oleh resiliensi akademik dan dukungan sosial dengan kontribusi sebesar 79,6%. Sementara sisanya sebesar 20,4% prokrastinasi akademik dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain, yaitu: faktor internal (kondisi fisik yang kurang sehat dan kondisi psikologis) dan faktor eksternal (Status Ekonomi Sosial, pola asuh orangtua, peer group, sibuk bekerja. The purpose of this study was to examine the correlation between academic resilience and social support with academic procrastination of College Students Faculty Of Psychology batch 2015 and 2016, Medan Area University. The approach used in this study was a quantitative approach . The samples technique in this study was an accidental sampling. In this study, the researcher used three scale measuring as the instrument type. The scale used to measure the academic procrastination, academic resilience and social support. The data analysis techniques used in this study was a multiple regression analysis. Based on the analysis of data the results show that: (i). There was a negative significant correlation between academic resilience with academic procrastination which was seen from R= -0,885 and R2=0,784 where p < 0.05. (ii). There was a negative significant correlation between social support with academic procrastination which was seen from R= -0,454 and R2=0,206 where p < 0.05. (iii). There was a significant correlation between academic resilience and social support with academic procrastination which was seen from coefficient F value = 218,390 and p < 0,050 . It means that there was a significant correlation academic resilience and social support with academic procrastination college students Faculty Of Psychology batch 2015 and 2016, Medan Area University. | en_US |
