Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat : Hubungan persepsi iklim organisasi dan dukungan organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada ASN di Pusat Pengembangan Dan Pemberdayaan Pendidik Dan Tenaga Kependidikan (P4TK) Medan. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah Ada Hubungan persepsi iklim organisasi dan dukungan organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 150 orang ASN dengan tehnik total sampling. Pengambilan data dengan metode skala yaitu skala Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), skala persepsi iklim organisasi dan skala dukungan organisasi. Analisis data menggunakan Regresi Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan; 1.Terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara persepsi iklim organisasi dan dukungan organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada Aparatur Sipil Negara Balai Besar Pengembangan Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan Vokasi (BBPPMPV) BBL Medan, dengan demikian maka hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini dinyatakan diterima. 2. Terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat sinifikan antara persepsi iklim organisasi dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada Aparatur Sipil Negara Balai Besar Pengembangan Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan Vokasi (BBPPMPV) BBL Medan, dengan koefisien korelasi rx1y = 0,657; p < 0,001; dan bobot sumbangan efektif sebesar 43,2%. 3. Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara dukungan organisasi dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), dengan koefisien korelasi rx2y = 0,431; p < 0,001; dan sumbangan efektif yang didapatkan sebesar 18,6%. Total sumbangan efektif dari kedua variabel bebas (persepsi iklim organisasi dan dukungan organisasi) terhadap Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) adalah sebesar 48,3%. Dari hasil ini diketahui bahwa masih terdapat 51,7% pengaruh dari faktor lain terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) yang tidak dilihat dalam penelitian ini. The purpose of this study is to see: The of organizational climate perception and organizational support for Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at the ASN at the Center for the Development and Empowerment of Educators and Education Personnel (P4TK) Medan. The proposed hypothesis is that there is a correlations the organization's climate perception and the organization's support for Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This study was conducted on 150 ASN people with total sampling techniques. Data retrieval by scale methods is the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) scale, the organization's climate perception scale and the organization's support scale. Data analysis uses Multiple Regression. The results of the study showed; 1. There is a very significant positive correlations between the perception of the organization's climate and the organization's support for Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in the State Civil Apparatus of the Vocational Education Quality Assurance Development Center (BBPPMPV) BBL Medan, thus the hypothesis proposed in this study is expressed acceptance. 2. There is a very cynical positive correlations the perception of the organization's climate and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in the State Civil Apparatus of the Vocational Education Quality Assurance Development Center (BBPPMPV) of BBL Medan, with a correlation coefficient of rx1y = 0.657; p < 0.001; and the effective contribution weight of 43.2%. 3.There is a significant positive correlations organizational support and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), with a correlation coefficient of rx2y = 0.431; p < 0.001; and effective contributions obtained by 18.6%. The total effective contribution of both free variables (perception of organizational climate and organizational support) to Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) was 48.3%. From these results it is known that there are still 51.7% influence from other factors on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) that was not seen in this study.
