dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kerjasama Tim dan Koordinasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada PT. Bank Mandiri Cabang Lubuk Pakam Bakaran Batu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 41 orang pegawai. Dengan menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling maka diperoleh 41 responden. Objek penelitian ini adalah PT. Bank Mandiri Cabang Lubuk Pakam Bakaran Batu . Metode analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis yang meliputi uji T, uji f dan uji R2. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian secara parsial pengaruh Koordinasi terhadap Kinerja diperoleh t hitung sebesar 3.003 > t tabel 1.660 dan mempunyai angka signifikan sebesar 0,003 < 0,05. Berdasarkan kriteria pengambilan keputusan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak (Ha diterima), hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara Koordinasi terhadap Kinerja. This study aims to determine the effect of teamwork and coordination on employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri Lubuk Pakam Bakaran Batu Branch. This study uses quantitative research methods with an associative approach. The population in this study were 41 employees. By using non-probability sampling method, 41 respondents were obtained. The object of this research is PT. Bank Mandiri Lubuk Pakam Bakaran Batu Branch. The data analysis method in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing which includes T test, f test and R2 test. Based on the partial test results the effect of coordination on performance obtained t count of 3.003 > t table 1.660 and has a significant number of 0.003 <0.05. Based on the decision-making criteria, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected (Ha is accepted), this indicates that there is a significant influence between Coordination on Performance. | en_US |
