Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran keterlibatan ayah dalam pengasuhan pada dual-career family di Kecamatan Medan Marelan. Keterlibatan ayah merupakan partisipasi aktif ayah dalam pengasuhan. Keterlibatan ayah berperan penting dalam proses perkembangan kognitif, sosial, dan emosional anak. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ayah yang memiliki istri bekerja di luar rumah atau wiraswasta yang berdomisili di Kecamatan Medan Marelan berjumlah 63.155 orang, dengan karakteristik berusia 25 tahun sampai dengan 50 tahun dan memiliki anak usia dini hingga remaja. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang ayah. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala Likert berdasarkan aspek-aspek keterlibatan ayah yang telah di kategorisasikan menjadi paternal CRITSM. Teknik analisis menggunakan skor mentah yang diubah menjadi T-score yaitu teknik statistik yang menggunakan rata-rata hitung dan standar deviasi untuk mengubah skor mentah menjadi Z score atau skor standar (T score) kemudian mencari konstribusi dengan rumus (beta*zero order(*100%)). Analisis data menggunakan program aplikasi JASP. Hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas dari 60 aitem, terdapat 23 aitem yang gugur. Hasil uji kecocokan model dinyatakan FIT. Hasil uji CFA terdapat 5 aitem yang gugur. Hasil analisis diketahui bahwa aspek teaching memiliki konstribusi yang paling besar dengan nilai 23,150% dan aspek social competence memiliki konstribusi terendah dengan nilai 10,823%. The purpose of this study is to explore describe how fathers involvement participate in parenting in a dual-career family in Medan Marelan District. Father involvement is father’s active participation in parenting. Involvement of fathers is vital for children’s cognitive, social, and emotional development. The method used a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study is father who have wives working outside the home or are self-employed who live in Medan Marelan District totaling 63.155 people, with characteristics aged 25 to 50 years and having early childhood to adolescence. The sample in this study were 100 fathers. The data collection method used a Likert scale based on aspects of father involvement which have been categorized into paternal CRITSM. The analysis technique uses a raw score that is converted into a T-score, which is a statistical technique that converts a raw score into a Z-score or standard score (T-score) using a calculated average and standard deviation and then looks for contributions using the formula (beta*zero order(*100)%). Data analysis using JASP application program. The results of the validity and reliability test of 60 items, there are 23 items that fail. The results of the model fit test were declared FIT. The results of the CFA test contained 5 items that failed. The results of the analysis show that the teaching aspect has the largest contribution with a value of 23.150% and the social competence aspect has the lowest contribution with a value of 10.283%. |
