Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi kerja dengan kualitas pelayanan pegawai Puskesmas Sering. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dimana unit analisis terdiri dari dua kelompok sampel yaitu 30 orang pegawai puskesmas dan 30 orang pasien yang menerima pelayanan. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purpossive sampling. Berdasarkan uji chi square ditemukan nilai X² Hitung = 44.709 (df)=1 dan asymp. Sebesar 0.000 lebih kecil dari α 0.05, berarti terdapat hubungan motivasi kerja dengan kualitas pelayanan pegawai di Puskesmas Sering Kecamatan Medan Tembung Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian “Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja dengan kualitas pelayanan pegawai di Puskesmas Sering Kecamatan Medan Tembung Provinsi Sumatera Utara” The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between motivation and service quality of Puskesmas Sering. The research method used is a quantitative method where the unit of analysis consists of two sample groups, namely 30 puskesmas employees and 30 patients receiving services. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling technique. Based on the chi square test, it was found that the calculated X² value = 44,709 (df) = 1 and asymp. As much as 0.000 is smaller than 0.05, it means that there is a correlation with the service quality of employees at the Puskesmas Sering Kecamatan Medan Tembung Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Thus the research hypothesis "There is a positive and significant relationship between work motivation and the service quality of employees at the Puskesmas Sering Kecamatan Medan Tembung Provinsi Sumatera Utara "
