dc.description.abstractDalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode total sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 54 orang. Analisis data kuantitatif dan kualitatif menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Data diperoleh dari wawancara langsung dan kuesioner dengan karyawan di PT. Nafasindo Medan.Hasil penelitian adalah uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Nafasindo Medan(signifikansi 0,026 < 0,05 dan thitung 2,290 > ttabel2.008). Hasil uji parsial menunjukkan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Nafasindo Medan(signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 danthitung 5,215 >ttabel 2,008). Pengujian secara simultan juga menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Nafasindo Medan (signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan Fhitung 244.756 > Ftabel3.18). Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan bahwa 90,2% variabel kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel kepemimpinan dan motivasi. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 9,8% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. In this research use a total sampling method. The respondents in this research uses 54 person. Data analysis quantitative and qualitative use multiple linear regression method. The data were obtained from direct interviews and questioner with the employees on PT. Nafasindo Medan.Result of the research is the partial test show that leadership has a positive and significant influence to employee performance on PT. Nafasindo Medan(significance 0.026 < 0.05 and thitung 2.290 >ttabel2.008). The partial test show motivation has a positive and significant influence to employee performance on PT. Nafasindo Medan (significance 0.000 < 0.05 and thitung 5.215 > ttabel 2.008). The simultaneous tests also showed that leadership and motivation had a positive and significant influence to employee’s performance on PT. Nafasindo Medan (significance 0.000 < 0.05 and Fhitung 244.756 > Ftabell3.18). The Correlation test showed that 90.2% variable employee performance can be explained by the variables of leadership and motivation. While the remaining 9.8% is explained by other variables not examined in this research.en_US
