dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Stress Kerja Dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Bank Sumut Cabang Sukaramai Medan. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah asosiatif yaitu suatu penelitian yang bersifat menanyakan hubungan antara dua variabel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT Bank Sumut Cabang Sukaramai Medan sebanyak 35 orang. Teknik pengambilan data berupa penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan kantor pada PT Bank Sumut Cabang Sukaramai Medan. Tekhnik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, uji statistik dengan menggunakan model analisis linear berganda dengan menggunakan model analisis linear berganda dan uji determinasi Hasil penelitian uji t dapat dilihat bahwa t hitung pada variabel stress kerja sebesar -1.752 lebih besar dari t tabel sebesar 1.689 dengan probabilitas t yakni sig 0.089. Berdasarkan nilai tersebut maka variabel stress kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja Dan nilai t hitung kepemimpinan sebesar 6.649 lebih besar dari t tabel sebesar 1.689 dengan tingkat sig 0,000 lebih kecil dari batasan signifikansi sebesar 0,005, maka variabel kepemimpinan secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja. Berdasarkan hasil uji F maka diperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 25.784 lebih besar dari Ftabel sebesar 3.17 , berarti stress kerja dan kepemimpinan secara serempak berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja. Nilai Asjusted R Square yang diperoleh sebesar 0,593. Angka tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 59,3% kinerja (variabel terikat) dapat dijelaskan oleh stress kerja dan kepemimpinan. Sisanya sebesar 30,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktorfaktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.. This research aims to determine the effect of occupational Stress and leadership on employee performance at PT Bank Sumut Sukaramai Medan Branch. The type of data in this study is associative which is a research that is asking relations between two variables. The population in this study was all employees of PT Bank Sumut branch Sukaramai Medan as much as 35 people. Data retrieval technique in the form of dissemination questionnaire to office employees at PT Bank Sumut branch Sukaramai Medan. Data analysis using the validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, statistical test using multiple linear analysis models using multiple linear analysis models and determination tests T test results can be seen that T count on a working stress variable of-1,752 is greater than t table of 1,689 with a probability of t that is sig 0089. Based on these values then the working stress variable has no positive and insignificant effect on the performance variable and the value of the leadership count of 6,649 is greater than t table of 1,689 with sig level 0.000 is smaller than the limit Significance of 0.005, then the leadership variables partially have a positive and significant influence on the performance variables. Based on the F test result, the F calculate value of 25,784 is greater than the F tabel of 3.17, meaning that working stress and leadership simultaneously positively and significantly affect the performance variables. The value of Adjusted R Square obtained is 0.593. The figure shows that 59.3% of performance (bound variables) can be explained by work stress and leadership. The remaining 30.7% is influenced by other factors not described in this study. | en_US |
