Abstract: | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh fasilitas kerja dan insentif terhahadap loyalitas karyawan PT. Ikapharmindo Putramas Medan. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian eksploratif, dimana variabel diukur dengan skala likert. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara (interview), dengan daftar pertanyaan (questionnaire) dan studi dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawandi PT. Ikapharmindo Putramas Medan.yang berjumlah 69 orang. Penarikan sampel dengan metode sampling jenuh atau lebih dikenal dengan istilah sensus. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah populasi relatif kecil yaitu sebanyak 69 orang. Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 23, dengan analisis deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis analisis regresi berganda.Berdasarkan hasil uji t dapat di lihat bahwa uji parsial pada variable fasilitas kerja (X1) dan insentif (X2) secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap fariabel loyalitas kerja (Y) . Berdasarkan hasil uji F di peroleh fasilitas kerja(X1) dan insentif(X2) secara serempak berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap fariabel loyalitas kerja(Y). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai adjusted (R2) adalah 0,511 atau 51,1%. Artinya loyalitas pada PT. Ikapharmindo Putramas Medandapat dijelaskan oleh variabel fasilitas kerja dan insentifSedangkan sisanya sebesar 48,9% dijelaskan oleh sebab-sebab yang lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini contohnya pelatihan, pengetahuan dan lain-lain. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work facilities and incentives on employee loyalty at PT. Ikapharmindo Putramas Medan. The research method used is exploratory research, where the variables are measured using a Likert scale. Methods of data collection is done by interview (interview), with a list of questions (questionnaire) and study documentation. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Ikapharmindo Putramas Medan. totaling 69 people. Sampling with the saturated sampling method or better known as the census. In this study, the population was relatively small, as many as 69 people. Data processing using SPSS version 23 software, with descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the t test, it can be seen that the partial test on the work facilities variable (X1) and incentives (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on the work loyalty variable (Y) . Based on the results of the F test, work facilities (X1) and incentives (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the work loyalty variable (Y). The results of this study indicate that the adjusted value (R2) is 0.511 or 51.1%. This means that loyalty to PT. Ikapharmindo Putramas Medan can be explained by the variables of work facilities and incentives, while the remaining 48.9% is explained by other reasons not examined in this study, for example training, knowledge and others. |
