dc.description.abstract | Latar belakang masalah dalam skripsi ini adalah menurunnya kualitas pendidikan anak anak diindonesia hal ini disebabkan oleh pandemi Covid 19 sehingga pemerintah memaksa masyarakat untuk berkegiatan dirumah ditambah lemahnya ekonomi masyarakat kurangnya pengetahuan tentang teknologi dan kurangnya sarana dan prasarana untuk belajar dirumah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan rumah belajar didesa ononamolo talafu kab.nias. Faktor pendukung dalam hal ini adalah lingkungan,pemerintahan desa, orang tua, diri anak, dan fator pendukung lainnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dimana dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa lingkugan,pemerintahan desa, orangtua, diri anak, dan faktor lainnya sangat mendukung kegiatan rumah belajar didesa ononmaolo talafu sehingga faktor fakor tersebut dapat terpenuhi, Analisis pemeberdayaan anak anak desa ononamolo talafu kabupaten nias berbasis rumah belajar terintegrasi smart aplication sebagai upaya peningkatan SDM anak dimasa pandemi COVID 19. The background of the problem in this thesis is the decline in the quality of children's education in Indonesia, this is caused by the Covid 19 pandemic, so the government forces people to do activities at home, plus the weak economy of the community, lack of knowledge about technology and lack of facilities and infrastructure to study at home. This study aims to determine the supporting factors in the implementation of learning house activities in Ononamolo Talafu Village, Nias Regency. Supporting factors in this case are the environment, village government, parents, children, and other supporting factors. The research method used is a qualitative method where by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the environment, village government, parents, children, and other factors greatly support learning house activities in the Ononamolo Talafu village so that these factors can be met. increasing human resources for children during the COVID- 19 pandemic. | en_US |
