Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan sikap terhadap kinerja guru kimia dengan motivasi belajar siswa di Pesantren Ar-Raudhahrl Hasanah Medan. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas II Aliyah Pesanten Ar-Raudhatul Hasanah Medan yang berjumlah 30 santi. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah "Adanya hubungan antara sikap siswa terhadap kinerja guru kimia dengan motivasi belajar siswa kelas II Aliyah. Skala yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala sikap terhadap kinerja guru kimia yang terdiri dart 77 item (a=0,935) dan skala motivasi belajar siswa yang terdiri dart 26 (a:0,838) Dalam upaya membuktikan hipotesis di atas maka digunakan teknik analisis dataproduct moment. Teknik ini digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara variabel X-Y. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa: (1) terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara sikap terhadap kinerja guru kimia dengan motivasi belajar siswa hasil ini dibuktikan dengan koefisien korelasi rxy: 0,509 ; p= 0.000 < 0,010, (2) pengaruh dari sikap terhadap kinerja guru kimia terhadap motivasi belajar siswa berdasarkan analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah sebesar 25,9Vo, dan (3) bahwa sikap terhadap kinerja guru kimia positif, sebab nilai rata--rata empirik yang diperoleh yaitu 245,933 lebih besar dari nilai rata-rata hipotetik yaitu 192,500, sedangkan untuk motivasi belajar tergolong tinggi, sebab nilai rata-rata empirik yang diperoleh yaitu 84,773 lebih besar dari nilai rata-rata hipotetik yaitu 8,199. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------This study aims to determine the relationship between attitudes towards performance a chemistry teacher with student motivation at the Ar-Raudhahrl Hasanah Islamic Boarding School Medan. The research subjects were students of class II Aliyah Pesanten Ar-Raudhatul Hasanah Medan, totaling 30 students. The hypothesis proposed in This research is "There is a relationship between student attitudes towards teacher performance" chemistry with the learning motivation of class II Aliyah students. Scale used in this study is the attitude scale towards the performance of chemistry teachers which consists of dart 77 items (a = 0.935) and students' learning motivation scale consisting of 26 (a:0.838) In an effort to prove the hypothesis above, the technique used is data product moment analysis. This technique is used to analyze the relationship between X-Y variables. From the results of this study it is known that: (1) there are a significant positive relationship between attitudes towards the performance of chemistry teachers with student learning motivation this result is evidenced by the correlation coefficient rxy: 0,509; p = 0.000 < 0.010, (2) the influence of attitudes on the performance of chemistry teachers on student learning motivation based on data analysis in this study are of 25.9Vo, and (3) that the attitude towards the chemistry teacher's performance is positive, because The empirical average value obtained is 245,933 which is greater than the average value hypothetical that is 192,500, while the motivation to learn is high, because The empirical average value obtained is 84,773 which is greater than the average value hypothetical that is 8.199.
