Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan turnover intention pada Karyawan PT CJ Feed Medan. Turnover intention dapat didefinisikan niat keluarnya seorang karyawan dari suatu perusahaan dan mencari alternatif perusahaan lain atau pekerjaan lain. Turnover intention dalam penelitian ini diukur dengan menggunakan skala Turnover intention yang disusun peneliti berdasarkan aspek Turnover intention dari Absensi yang meningkat, Mulai malas bekerja, Peningkatan terhadap pelanggaran tata tertib kerja, Peningkatan protes terhadap atasan dan Perilaku positif yang berbeda dari biasanya. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini “bahwa ada hubungan negatif antara kepuasan kerja dengan turnover intention. Subjek penelitian yang diambil sebanyak 63 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala kepuasan kerja dan skala turnover Intention dengan menggunakan bentuk skala likert. Pengolahan data penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment dari pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya korelasi sebesar 0,229 dengan p < 0,000, hal ini berarti ada korelasi negatif yang signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dengan turnover intention karyawan PT CJ Feed Medan. Hal ini berarti semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja, maka semakin rendah turnover intention, sebaliknya semakin rendah kepuasan kerja, maka semakin tinggi turnover intention. Adapun koefisien determinasi dari korelasi tersebut adalah sebesar R²= 0,552 artinya kepuasan kerja kerja memberikan sumbangan efektif turnover intention sebesar 55,2% sedangkan sisanya (44,8%) ditentukan oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. The relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention in employees of This study aims to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention in employees of PT CJ Feed Medan. Turnover intention can be defined as the intention to leave an employee from a company and look for alternative companies or other jobs. Turnover intention in this study was measured using the Turnover intention scale compiled by researchers based on aspects of Turnover intention from increased absenteeism, starting to be lazy to work, increasing violations of work rules, increasing protests against superiors and positive behavior that is different from usual. The hypothesis proposed in this study “that there is a negative relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention. The research subjects taken were 63 people. The sampling technique is total sampling. The measuring instrument used is the job satisfaction scale and the turnover intention scale using the Likert scale. The data processing of this research is using Pearson's product moment correlation technique. The results showed a correlation of 0.229 with p < 0.000, this means that there is a significant negative correlation between job satisfaction and employee turnover intention of PT CJ Feed Medan. This means that the higher the job satisfaction, the lower the turnover intention, conversely the lower the job satisfaction, the higher the turnover intention. The coefficient of determination of the correlation is R² = 0.552, meaning that job satisfaction contributes to an effective turnover intention of 55.2% while the rest (44.8%) is determined by other factors not examined in this study.
