dc.description.abstractHawar daun bakteri merupakan penyakit destruktif tanaman dengan severitas tinggi yang disebabkan oleh Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae (Xoo). sehingga secara ekonomis menyebabkan kerugian hasil panen pada tanaman padi mencapai 60%. Pengendalian Xoo menggunakan ekstrak pestisida nabati dari daun cengkeh, daun mimba, dan daun kemangi belum banyak diteliti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas ekstrak daun cengkeh, mimba, dan kemangi dalam pengendalian Xoo. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian adalah rancangan acak lengkap non faktorial yang terdiri dari 11 taraf perlakuan dan 3 ulangan, yaitu B0 (kontrol negatif/tanpa perlakuan), B1 (kontrol positif /plantomycin 7 sp), B2 (ekstrak daun cengkeh 5%), B3 (ekstrak daun cengkeh 7.5%), B4 (ekstrak daun cengkeh 10%), B5 (ekstrak daun mimba 5%), B6 (ekstrak daun mimba 7.5%), B7 (ekstrak daun mimba 10%), B8 (ekstrak daun kemangi 5%), B9 (ekstrak daun kemangi 7.5%), B10 (ekstrak daun kemangi 10%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pestisida nabati dari semua perlakuan ekstrak daun cengkeh, daun mimba dan daun kemangi efektif untuk mengendalikan Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae (Xoo). Pada ekstrak daun cengkeh konsentrasi 10% berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap persentasi zona hambat Xoo dengan metode teknik kertas cakram. Dimana pada pengamatan 3 hari setelah inokulasi (HSI) perlakuan ekstrak daun cengkeh konsentrasi 10% menghasilkan zona hambat sebesar 1.88cm lebih besar dibandingkan perlakuan kontrol positif /plantomycin 7 sp sebesar 1.73cm. Bacterial Leaf Blight is a destructive plant disease with high severity caused by Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae (Xoo). so that economically it causes crop losses in rice plants to reach 60%.control Xoo using vegetable pesticide extracts from clove leaves, neem leaves, and basil leaves has not been widely studied. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of clove, neem, and basil leaf extracts in controlling Xoo. The research method in this study was a non-factorial completely randomized design consisting of 11 treatment levels and 3 replications, namely B0 (negative control/no treatment), B1 (positive control/plantomycin 7 sp), B2 (5% clove leaf extract), B3 (clove leaf extract 7.5%), B4 (clove leaf extract 10%), B5 (neem leaf extract 5%), B6 (neem leaf extract 7.5%), B7 (10% neem leaf extract), B8 (basil leaf extract 5 %), B9 (basil leaf extract 7.5%), B10 (basil leaf extract 10%). The results showed that botanical pesticides from all treatments of clove leaf extract, neem leaf and basil leaf were effective to control Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae (Xoo). The 10% clove leaf extract had a very significant effect on the percentage of the Xoo using the paper disc technique. Where on observation 3 days after inoculation (HSI) the 10% concentration of clove leaf extract treatment resulted in an inhibition zone of 1.88cm larger than the positive control /plantomycin 7 sp treatment of 1.73cm.en_US
