Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman cabai merah dengan aplikasi pupuk kandang sapi, kompos kubis dan mikoriza pada pasir pantai dan untuk mengetahui terjadinya interaksi pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman cabai merah antara kombinasi pupuk kandang sapi, kompos kubis dan mikoriza pada pasir pantai, yang dilaksanakan di kebun percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Medan Area, Jl. PBSI No. 1 Medan Estate, Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan, dengan ketinggian tempat 22 m dpl, dimulai sejak bulan Februari sampai dengan Mei 2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial yang terdiri dari 2 perlakuan yaitu : 1) Pupuk kompos limbah kubis (K) yang terdiri dari 5 taraf perlakuan : K0 = tanpa pupuk kompos limbah kubis, K1 = pupuk kompos limbah kubis 480 g/plot (500 g/m2 = 5 ton/ha), K2 = pupuk kompos limbah kubis 960 g/plot (1000 g/m2 = 10 ton/ha), K3 = pupuk kompos limbah kubis 1.440 g/plot (1500 g/m2 = 15 ton/ha), K4 = pupuk kompos limbah kubis 1.920 g/plot (2000 g/m2 = 20 ton/ha); 2) Pupuk kandang sapi (B) yang terdiri dari 5 taraf perlakuan, yakni : B0 = Tanpa pupuk kandang sapi (kontrol), B1 = Pupuk kandang sapi sebanyak 480 g/plot (500 g/m2 = 5 ton/ha), B2 = pupuk kandang sapi sebanyak 960 g/plot (1000 g/m2 = 10 ton/ha), B3 = pupuk kandang sapi sebanyak 1.440 g/plot (1500 g/m2 = 15 ton/ha), B4 = pupuk kandang sapi sebanyak 1.920 g/plot (2000 g/m2 = 20 ton/ha), masing-masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 2 (dua) kali, dengan parameter pengamatan : tinggi tanaman (cm), diameter batang (cm), jumlah cabang (cabang), jumlah buah per sampel (buah), bobot basah panen per tanaman sampel (g) dan bobot basah panen per plot (g). Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini, yakni : 1) Pemberian kompos pupuk kandang sapi berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, jumlah cabang, jumlah buah, bobot basah panen per tanaman sampel dan bobot basah panen per plot; 2) Pemberian kompos limbah kubis berpengaruh nyata terhadap bobot basah panen per plot, berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap jumlah cabang, jumlah buah dan bobot basah panen per sampel, tetapi berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman dan diameter batang; 3) Interaksi antara pemberian kompos pupuk kandang sapi dan limbah kubis berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, jumlah cabang, jumlah buah, bobot basah panen per tanaman sampel dan bobot basah panen per plot. This study aims to investigate the growth and production of red chili plants with the application of cow manure, cabbage compost and mycorizae on beach sand. Wich was held in experimental gardenof the Faculty of Agriculture, Medan Area University, Jl. PBSI no 1 Medab Estate, Percut sei Tuan Distrct, with an altitude of 22 m above sea level, starting from February to May 2020. The method in this study was a factoraial randomized block design (RBD) consisting of 2 treatments, namely : 1) cabbage waste compost (K) consisting of 5 levels of treantment : K0 = without cabbage waste compost K1 = Cabbage waste compost 480g/plot (500g/m2 = 5 tons/ha), K2 Cabbage waste compost 480g/plot (960g/m2 = 10 tons/ha), K3 = Cabbage waste compost 1440g/plot (1500g/m2 = 15 tons/ha), K4 Cabbage waste compost 1920g/plot (2000g/m2 = 20 tons/ha); 2) Cow manure (B) as much which consisting of 5 levels of treatment, namely : B0 = without cow manure (control), B1 = cow manure as much as 480g/plot (500 g/m2 5 ton/ha), B2 = cow manure as much as 960g/plot (1000 g/m2 10 ton/ha), B3 = cow manure as much as 1440g/plot (1500 g/m2 15 ton/ha), B4 = cow manure as much as 1920g/plot (2000 g/m2 20 ton/ha), each treatment was repeated 2 (two) times. the result obtained from this study were ; 1) The application of cow manure compost had no significant effect on plant height, stem diameter, number of branches, number of fruits, harvest wet weight per sample plant and harvest wet weight per plot; 2) The application of cabbage waste compost has a significant effect on harvest wet weight per plot, has a very significant effect on the number of a branches, number of fruit and harvest wet weight per sample, but has no significant effect on plant height and stem diameter; 3) The interaction between the application of cow manure compost and cabbage wate has no significant effect on plant height, stem diameter, number branches, number of fruits, harvest wet wight per sample plant anf harvest wwet weight per plot.
