Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) Pengaruh motivasi terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada PT. Modern Plasindo Mutiara Medan. 2) Pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada PT. Modern Plasindo Mutiara Medan. 3) Pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja karyawan secara simultan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada PT. Modern Plasindo Mutiara Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Modern Plasindo Mutiara Medan, yang berjumlah 250 orang, dengan sampel berjumlah 71 orang. Jenis data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pemgumpulan data yang digunakan terdiri dari pengamatan (observasi), angket (kuesioner) dan studi dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu secara parsial variabel motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan dimana thitung > ttabel (10,376 > 1,667) serta variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan dimana thitung > ttabel (5,79 > 1,667). Secara simultan variabel motivasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan, dimana Fhitung > Ftabel (62,647 > 3,13).-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------The study purposes to identify the impact of motivation work discipline towards the employees’ performances at PT. Modern Plasindo Mutiara Medan. As the association research, the study determines the population of the study are all personnel of PT. Modern Plasindo Mutiara Medan which to take 250 people. The total sampling technique is utilized to take 71 respondents of the total sample. Data in this research were obtained from the primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques in a field study were obtained by organizing observations, questionnaire and study documentation. The data technique analysis is multiple regression analysis. The results show that motivation variable positively and significantly influence the employees’ performances partially which tvalue>ttable (10.376 > 1.667), here after the work discipline variable positively and not significantly influence the employees’ performances partially which tvalue>ttable (5.79 > 1.667). Hence, it can be inferred that both motivation and work discipline variables simultaneously have the significance and positive impact towards the employees’ performances which Fvalue>Ftable (62.647 > 3.13). |
