Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Diferensiasi Produk Dan Kulaitas Layanan berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen di Andra Coffee & Eatery Medan Johor. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian metode survey dan penjelasan dari pihak perusahaan atau biasa disebut pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh konsumen yang berkunjung di AndraCoffee & Eatery Medan Johor. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 70 responden yang diambil dengan membagikan kuesioner buat diisi oleh para responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Diferensiasi Produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen, dan Kualitas Layanan juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen di Andra Coffee & Eatery Medan Johor. This study aims to determine whether product differentiation and service quality affect consumer satisfaction at Andra Coffee & Eatery Medan Johor. The type of research conducted is a survey method research and explanation from the company or commonly called a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all consumers who visited AndraCoffee & Eatery Medan Johor. The sample in this study was 70 respondents who were taken by distributing questionnaires to be filled out by the respondents. The results of this study indicate that product differentiation has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, and service quality also has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Andra Coffee & Eatery Medan Johor. |
