dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dengan psychological well-being di lingkungan perawat RSU Haji Medan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah ini adalah perawat yang bekerja di RSU. Haji Medan sebanyak 239 orang dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 41 orang teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala Persepsi dukungan organisasi antara lain keadilan prosedural, dukungan atasan, penghargaan organisasi dan kondisi kerja serta skala Psychological well-being penerimaan diri, hubungan positif dengan orang lain, otonomi, penguasaan lingkungan, tujuan hidup dan pertumbuhan personal . Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik Korelasi Pearson Product Moment didapatkan hasil signifikan korelasi dengan p = 0,000 < 0,05, artinya ada hubungan positif Persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap Psychological well-being pada perawat RSU Haji Medan, dengan koefisien determinan sebesar ( = 0,678 atau 67,8 %. Dengan kata lain hipotesis diterima. Persepsi dukungan organisasi tergolong rendah (mean empirik = 145,56 < mean hipotetik = 152,5 dimana selisihnya lebih dari bilang SD = 5,227). Dan untuk psychology well-being tergolong rendah (mean empirik = 112,5 < mean hipotetik = 120 dimana selisihnya lebih dari bilangan SD 6,713). This study aims to determine the correlation between perceived organizational support and psychological well-being in the nursing environment of RSU Haji Medan. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population of this study are nurses who work in RSU. Haji Medan as many as 239 people and the sample in this study amounted to 41 people. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. The data collection method in this study used a scale of perceived organizational support including procedural fairness, supervisor support, organizational rewards and working conditions as well as a Psychological well-being scale of self-acceptance, positive relationships with others, autonomy, environmental mastery, life goals and personal growth. The data analysis technique using the Pearson Product Moment Correlation technique obtained a significant correlation with p = 0.000 <0.05, meaning that there was a positive correlation between Perceptions of organizational support for Psychological well-being of nurses at RSU Haji Medan, with a determinant coefficient of ( = 0.678 or 67.8%. In other words, the hypothesis was accepted. Perception of organizational support was low (empirical mean = 145.56 < hypothetical mean = 152.5 where the difference is more than SD = 5.227). And for psychology well-being, it was low (empirical mean = 112.5 < hypothetical mean = 120 where the difference is more than SD 6.713).en_US
