dc.description.abstract | Penilaian kinerja sangat penting bagi karyawan dan perusahaan, karena pemimpin dapat melihat seberapa tepat karyawan menjalankan tugasnya. Penilaian kinerja merupakan kegiatan menilai dan mengevaluasi karyawan dengan melihat kemampuan yang diberikan karyawan terhadap perusahaan sesuai dengan pencapaian karyawan pada perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh penilaian kinerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada Koperasi Telkomsel Kota Medan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan bersifat deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi dan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebesar 120 orang karyawan. Pada penelitian ini melibatkan 30 orang karyawan Koperasi Telkomsel Kota Medan sebagai sampel penelitian. Subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 20 orang karyawan laki-laki dan 10 orang karyawan perempuan. Dari hasil analisis regresi lienar sederhana yaitu Y = 22,246+ 0,624 X menunjukkan bahwa penilaian kinerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Hasil uji T menunjukkan bahwa penilaian kinerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dapat dilihat nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan thitung 10,185 > ttabel 2.048. Hasil uji determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,787. Sehingga dapat dikatakan 78,7% artinya variabel penilaian kinerja dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel produktivitas kerja karyawan, sedangkan 21,3% dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor lain. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Penilaian kinerja yang dilakukan karyawan pada Koperasi Telkomsel Kota Medan memiliki pengaruh antara penilaian kinerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Saran peneliti kepada Koperasi Telkomsel Kota Medan, pimpinan tetap mempertahanan kinerja karyawan sesuai dengan kemampuan karyawan. Agar tidak memberatkan karyawan dalam pelaksanaan penilaian kinerjanya. Performance appraisal is very important for employees and companies, because leaders can see how correctly employees carry out their duties. Performance appraisal is an activity to assess and evaluate employees by looking at the abilities given by employees to the company in accordance with the achievements of employees in the company. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of performance appraisal on employee work productivity at the Telkomsel Cooperative, Medan City. This type of research uses a quantitative and descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are observation and questionnaires. The population in this study was 120 employees. This study involved 30 employees of the Medan City Telkomsel Cooperative as the research sample. The subjects in this study consisted of 20 male employees and 10 female employees. From the results of simple linear regression analysis, namely Y = 22.246 + 0.624 X indicates that performance appraisal has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. The results of the T test indicate that the performance appraisal has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. It can be seen that the significance value is 0.000 <0.05 and tcount 10.185> ttable 2.048. The result of the determination test (R2) is 0.787. So it can be said that 78.7% means that the performance appraisal variable can be explained by the employee productivity variable, while 21.3% can be explained by other factors. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the performance appraisal carried out by employees at the Telkomsel Cooperative in Medan City has an influence between performance appraisals on employee productivity. The researcher's suggestion to the Medan City Telkomsel Cooperative is that the leadership continues to maintain employee performance in accordance with the employee's abilities.
