Sebaliknya semakin rendah kinerja karyawan outsourcing maka semakin rendah adversity quotient nya. Berdasarkan analisis data, maka hipotesis dinyatakan diterima. This study aims to see the relationship between performance and adversity quotient on outsourced employees at PT. Alamsari Lestari, Riau. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a correlational approach. The sample in this study amounted to 75 outsourced employees with a sampling technique using random sampling. Sampling was carried out using documentation techniques, namely performance documentation and scale techniques, namely the adversity quotient scale. Data analysis used the product moment correlation technique (rxy = 0.512 with p = 0.000 < 0.010), meaning that there is a positive and significant relationship between performance and the adversity quotient of outsourcing employees at PT. Alamsari Lestari, Riau, which shows that the higher the performance of outsourced employees, the higher the adversity quotient. On the other hand, the lower the outsourcing employee's performance, the lower the adversity quotient. Performance in this study outsourcing employees at PT. Alamsari Lestari, Riau is classified as high because (empirical mean = 82.69). And the adversity quotient is also high, because (empirical mean = 81.07 > hypothetical mean = 75 where the difference exceeds SD = 7.992). The coefficient of determination of the correlation is BE% = 0.262%, meaning that performance contributes effectively to the adversity quotient. Based on data analysis, the hypothesis is declared accepted.en_US
