Abstract

In order to improve the administrative order, to the guidance of civil servants of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, the provision on discipline of Civil Servant attendance at the Ministry of Religious Affairs has been issued Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs No. 45 of 2015 on Amendment of Regulation of Minister of Religious Affairs No. 28 of 2013 on Discipline of Civil Service Attendance Environment Ministry of Religion. This study aims to find out the Implementation of the Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs No. 45 of 2015 on the Discipline of Civil Servants Attendance in the Ministry of Religious Affairs At Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Penggalangan Serdang Bedagai Regency. This research was conducted descriptively by taking total samples from teachers and civil servants as much as 26 people. The results of this study indicate that Implementation of Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs No. 45 of 2015 on Discipline of Civil Servants Attendance in the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Penggalangan Serdang Bedagai Regency seen from the aspects of communication, resources, disposition and bureaucracy strutktur in general have been well implemented. Implementation of the discipline of civil servants in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah State Penggalangan Serdang Bedagai regency has been implemented properly as stipulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs No. 45 of 2015 on the Discipline of the presence of civil servants in the Ministry of Religious Affairs. In order to implement the discipline of civil servant work in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Penggalangan Serdang Bedagai regency run well again and there is no possibility of employees who violate the rules set then it is advisable to reinforce sanctions to employees who violate the discipline of work.
