Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi kerja dengan komitmen kerja pada karyawan PT.Indo Sepadan Jaya, Pabrik Tanjung Selamat. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah adanya hubungan yang positif antara motivasi kerja dengan komitmen kerja pada PT.Indo Sepadan Jaya, Pabrik Tanjung Selamat, artinya semakin tinggi motivasi kerja karyawan maka semakin tinggi pula komitmen kerjanya. Sebaliknya semakin rendah motivasi kerja karyawan maka semakin rendah pula komitmen kerjanya. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 86 karyawan PT.Indo Sepadan Jaya, Pabrik Tanjung Selamat. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik total sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Bentuk skala dalam penelitian ini adalah skala Likert. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat dua skala , yaitu skala komitmen kerja dan skala motivasi kerja. dengan koefisien reliabilitas motivasi kerja dengan rumus Alpha Cronbach 0,898 dan koefisien reliabilitas komitmen kerja dengan rumus Alpha Cronbach 0,926. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment. Berdasarkan analisis data menunjukkan ada hubungan signifikan antara motivasi kerja dengan komitmen kerja karyawan (rxy = 0,520; P = 0,000 <0,05). Selanjutnya diketahui kontribusi motivasi kerja dengan komitmen kerja pada karyawan sebesar 41,4 % sedangkan 58,6% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Diketahui motivasi kerja tergolong tinggi dimana mean hipotetik 60 > dari mean empirik 76,70 dan selisihnya melebihi nilai SD 10,986. Dan komitmen kerja juga tergolong baik dimana mean hipotetik 35 < dari mean empirik 47,15 dan selisihnya melebihi nilai SD 9,368. This study aims to determine correlation between work motivation and work commitment on employees of PT. Indo Sepadan Jaya, Tanjung Selamat Factory. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a positive correlation between work motivation and work commitment at PT. Indo Sepadan Jaya, Tanjung Selamat Factory, meaning that the higher the employee's work motivation, the higher the work commitment. On the other hand, the lower the work motivation, the lower the work commitment. The sample in this study were 86 employees of PT. Indo Sepadan Jaya, Tanjung Selamat Factory. The sampling technique in this study is a total sampling technique. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The form of the scale in this study is a Likert scale. In this study there are two scales, namely the work commitment scale and work motivation scale. with the reliability coefficient of work motivation with the Cronbach Alpha formula 0.898 and the work commitment reliability coefficient with the Cronbach Alpha formula 0.926. Data analysis using product moment correlation. Based on data analysis, it shows that there is a significant relationship between work motivation and employee work commitment (rxy = 0.520; P = 0.000 <0.05). Furthermore, it is known that the contribution of work motivation with commitment to work is 41.4% while 58.6% is influenced by other factors. work motivation is high where the hypothetical mean is 60 > from the empirical mean 76.70 and the difference exceeds the SD value of 10,986. And work commitment is also classified as good where the hypothetical mean is 35 < from the empirical mean 47.15 and the difference exceeds the SD value of 9.368.
