Abstract: | Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, berbagai jenis kebutuhan semakin meningkat dan kompleks. Kebutuhan yang krusial bagi manusia salah satunya, yakni kebutuhan akan pendidikan. Pendidikan merupakan kebutuhan manusia yang sangat penting karena pendidikan mempunyai tugas untuk menyiapkan SDM bagi pembangunan bangsa dan negara. Dalam menghadapi tantangan globalisasi, bangsa Indonesia membutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia adalah dengan meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas pendidikan. Along with the times, various types of needs are increasing and complex. One of the most important needs for humans is the need for education. Education is a very important human need because education has the task of preparing human resources for the development of the nation and state. In facing the challenges of globalization, the Indonesian people need quality human resources. One way to improve the quality of human resources is to improve the quality and quantity of education. |
