Hubungan antara beban kerja dengan stress kerja pada karyawan SDM PT.Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan

Abstract

Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara beban kerja dengan stres kerja pada karyawan SDM PT.Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan. Streskerja adalah suatu konsep yang terus bertambah, Ini terjadi jika semakin banyak permintaan, maka semakin bertambah munculnya potensi stres kerja dan peluang untuk menghadapi ketegangan akan ikut bertambah pula.Beban kerja adalah tugas-tugas pekerjaan yag menjadi sumber stres seperti pekerjaan mengharuskan bekerja dengan cepat, menghasilkan sesuatu dan konsentrasi dari stres kerja.Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara beban kerja dengan stres kerja pada karyawan SDM PT.Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah ada hubungan antara beban kerja dengan stres kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan SDM PTPN III Medan yang berjumlah 48 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling, jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 48 orang karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala beban kerja dan skala stress kerja. Teknik analis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis product moment. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, diperoleh hasil ada hubungan antara beban kerja dengan stress kerja dengan koefisien korelasi rxy sebesar 0,537dengan p=0,000 (p = <0,05) dengan demikian hipotesis dinyatakan diterima, yaitu ada hubungan antara beban kerja dengan stress kerja. Beban kerja berkontribusi besar terhadap stress kerja sebesar 28,8% sedangkan sisanya 71% ditentukan oleh faktor-faktor lain seperti : faktor umur, faktor masa kerja,faktor hubungan interpersonal, faktor iklim organisasi, faktor pengembangan karir yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini This study aims to determine the relationship between workload and work stress on HR employees of PT. Workloads are work tasks that are a source of stress, such as work that requires working quickly, producing something and concentrating on work stress. This study aims to determine the relationship between workload and work stress on HR employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a relationship between workload and work stress. The population in this study were all HR employees of PTPN III Medan, amounting to 48 people. The sampling technique used total sampling, the number of samples in this study were 48 employees. The data collection technique uses a workload scale and a work stress scale. The data analysis technique in this study uses product moment analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it is found that there is a relationship between workload and work stress with an rxy correlation coefficient of 0.537 with p = 0.000 (p = <0.05) thus the hypothesis is accepted, namely there is a relationship between workload and work stress. Workload contributed greatly to work stress by 28.8% while the remaining 71% was determined by other factors such as: age factor, tenure factor, interpersonal relationship factor, organizational climate factor, career development factor which was not examined in this study
