Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Perbedaan Work Family Conflict Ditinjau Dari Tipe Kepribadian Pegawai PD Pasar Kota Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dapat dikatakan sebagai penelitian uji beda komporatif bila ditinjau dari judul penelitian.Populasi dalam penelitian adalah Pegawai Perusahaan Daerah Pasar sebanyak 270 Orang. Pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Adapun jumlah sampel sebanyak 130 orang. Skala diformat berdasarkan skala likert. Work-family conflict adalah kesulitan-kesulitan yang dirasakan individu khususnya wanita dalam menjalankan kewajiban atau tuntutan peran yang berbeda secara bersamaan. Diukur berdasarkan Dimensi dalam work-family conflict : Time-based conflict, Strainbased conflict, dan Behavior-based conflict. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dari Analisis varian 1 jalur, diketahui Ada perbedaan work-family conflict ditinjau dari tipe kepribadian karyawan, dengan asumsi work-family conflict tipe A lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan work-family conflict pada pegawai tipe kepribadian B. Hasil ini diketahui dengan melihat nilai atau koefisien perbedaan dengan koefisien F = 17,547 dengan p < 0,010. Berdasarkan hasil ini berarti hipotesis yang diajukan dinyatakan diterima. Berdasarkan uraian di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa Work Family Conflict Tipe Kepribadian A tergolong sedang dengan nilai rata-rata empirik sebesar 120,35`dan nilai rata-rata hipotetik 135. Work Family Conflict Tipe Kepribadian B tergolong rendah dengan nilai rata-rata empiric 104, 33. dan nilai rata-rata empiric 104,33. This study aims to determine the differences in work family conflict in terms of personality types of PD Pasar Medan employees. This type of research is quantitative. This research can be regarded as a comparative difference test research when viewed from the title of the study. The population in this study is the Regional Market Company Employees as many as 270 people. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. The number of samples is 130 people. The scale is formatted based on the Likert scale. Work-family conflicts are difficulties experienced by individuals, especially women, in carrying out obligations or demands of different roles simultaneously. Measured by dimensions in workfamily conflict: Time-based conflict, Strain-based conflict, and Behavior-based conflict.. These results are known by looking at the value of or coefficient of difference with coefficient F = 17.547 with p < 0.010. Based on these results, it means that the proposed hypothesis is accepted. Based on the description above, it can be concluded that Work Family Conflict Personality Type A is moderate with an empirical average value of 120.35 and a hypothetical average value of 135. Work Family Conflict Personality Type B is classified as low with an empirical average value of 104, 33. and the empirical mean value is 104.33.
