dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengujian sambungan prototipe pada rahang patah manusia dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak solidworks. Tahap awal yang dilakukan yaitu dengan menentukan jenis-jenis sambungan yang dapat digunakan pada prototipe pengganti rahang patah, kemudian dilakukan pemodelan rahang patah, dan tahap akhir yaitu menganalisis kekuatan sambungan rahang patah dengan prototipe pengganti rahang patah menggunakan solidworks. Dari hasil analisis pengujian pertama dari ketiga model sambungan rahang patah yang telah dirancang memiliki nilai von Mises yang berbeda dimana nilai tertinggi diperoleh oleh model sagittal sebesar 1.621,5 Mpa dan hasil pengujian dengan pemberian tekanan terhadap ketiga model pada pengujian sambungan rahang patah pada manusia menggunakan perangkat lunak solidworks diperoleh nilai terkecil pada model chin plates sebesar 61,9 Mpa. This study was conducted to analyze the testing of prototype joints in human fractured jaws using Solidworks software. The initial stage is to classify the types of joints that can be used on a broken jaw replacement prototype, then modeling a broken jaw is carried out, and the final stage is to analyze the strength of a broken jaw joint with a broken jaw replacement prototype using solidworks. From the results of the analysis of the first test of the three models of fractured jaw joints that have been designed to have different von Mises values where the highest value is obtained by the sagittal model of 1.621,5 Mpa, and the results of testing by applying pressure to the three models in testing broken jaw joints in humans using a device.
