dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) besarnya pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Miduk Arta - Medan (2) besarnya pengaruh insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Miduk Arta - Medan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subyek penelitian adalah karyawan PT. Miduk Arta – Medan dengan jumlah 79 pegawai. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner/angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) budaya organisasi dan insentif berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Miduk Arta – Medan dengan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel ( 44,77 > 12,321 ) (2) budaya organisasi dan insentif berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Miduk Arta - Medan yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel ( 3,463 > 2,000 ) (3) budaya organisasi dan insentif berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel ( 2,535 > 2,000 ) Kata Kunci: budaya organisasi, insentif, kinerja pegawai.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------This study aims to determine: (1) the magnitude of the influence of organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT. Miduk Arta - Medan (2) the magnitude of the effect of incentives on employee performance at PT. Miduk Arta - Medan. This research is an associative research with a quantitative approach. The research subjects are employees of PT. Miduk Arta – Medan with a total of 79 employees. Collecting data using a questionnaire/questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study are: (1) organizational culture and incentives have a simultaneous effect on employee performance at PT. Miduk Arta – Medan with a value of Fcount > Ftable (44.77 > 12.321) (2) organizational culture and incentives partially influence employee performance at PT. Miduk Arta - Medan as indicated by the value of tcount > ttable ( 3,463 > 2,000 ) (3) organizational culture and incentives have a joint effect on employee performance with a value of tcount > ttable ( 2,535 > 2,000 ) Keywords: organizational culture, incentives, employee performance. | en_US |
