| dc.description.abstract | Industri modern atau kecerdasan industri adalah teknologi inti yang meningkatkan daya saing global sektor industri di seluruh dunia dan membawa perubahan signifikan dalam produksi proses dan mode manajemen industri tradisional salah satunya pada sektor perikanan. Banyak industri pengolahan ikan asin di wilayah Desa Percut Sei Tuan terus memakai teknik non konvensional dalam proses pengeringannya. Teknik pengeringan yang memerlukan waktu yang tidak cepat dan cuaca pula yang terkadang tidak dapat diprediksi, akhirnya menghalangi produktifitas. Berdasarkan masalah diatas, penulis mengajukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah rancangan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan diatas dengan menggunakan desain yang efektif dalam penampungan ikan asin skala besar dan menggunakan energi pancaran sinar matahari dengan memanfaatkan efek rumah kaca didalam nya. Inkubator ini dengan teknologi IoT didalamnya, berbidang persegi enam (sarang lebah) yang dipakai untuk tempat memuat ikan agar lebih efekif yang mana didalamnya ada pengganti sinar matahari dan energi panas dengan memakai elemen pemanas yang suhunya dapat diatur dengan mengkombinasikan mikrokontroler arduino, sensor suhu, dan sensor berbasis arduino sebagai pengontrol panas, dan kelembapan. Diharapkan rancangan alat ini nantinya dapat meningkatkan ekonomi dan produktivitas nelayan Desa Percut Sei Tuan. Modern industry or industrial intelligent is part of technology that increases the global competitive of industrial sectors around the world and brings significant changes in production processes and traditional industrial management modes, one of which is the fisheries sector. Many salted fish processing industries in the Percut Sei Tuan Village area still use traditional methods in the drying process. The drying technic takes a long time and the weather is sometimes erratic, which hinders productivity. Based on the above problems, the authors propose a study that aims to create a design to solve the above problems by using an effective design in large-scale salted fish storage and using solar energy by utilizing the greenhouse effect in it. This automatic incubator with IoT technology inside, is in the form of a hexagon (honeycomb) which is used to accommodate fish to be more effective, which includes a replacement for sunlight and heat energy using a heating element whose temperature can be adjusted by combining an Arduino microcontroller, temperature sensor, and Arduino-based sensors to control heat and humidity. It is hoped that the design of this tool will later be able to increase the economy and productivity of the fishermen in Percut Sei Tuan Village. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Mandarin Abstrak : 现代工业或工业智能是提升全球工业领域竞争力的核心技术,并为传统工业生产流程及管理模式带来了重大变革,其中包括渔业领域。目前,位于Percut Sei Tuan村地区的许多咸鱼加工产业仍然采用非传统的干燥技术。该干燥技术不仅耗时较长,而且天气状况往往难以预测,从而影响了生产效率。 基于上述问题,作者提出了一项研究,旨在设计一种解决方案,通过采用高效的大规模咸鱼储存设计,并利用温室效应吸收太阳辐射能量,以解决现有问题。该孵化器内部结合了物联网(IoT)技术,采用六边形(蜂巢形)结构作为鱼类存放空间,以提高使用效率。其中配备了替代太阳光与热能的加热元件,其温度可通过结合Arduino微控制器、温度传感器以及基于Arduino的传感器进行调节,从而实现对温度与湿度的控制。 期望该设备设计未来能够提升Percut Sei Tuan村渔民的经济水平与生产效率。 | en_US |
