Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan sosial dan kondisi kerja dengan subjective well-being pada Pegawai Kantor Camat Pantai Labu Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan populasi penelitian adalah Pegawai Kantor Camat Pantai Labu Kabupaten Deli Serdang berjumlah 149 Orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan sampling terpilih sebanyak 56 orang pegawai. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah instrument dukungan sosial, kondisi kerja dan subjective well being. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial dengan subjective well-being yang ditunjukkan oleh rx1y=0,065 dan p>0,01 yaitu p=0,635. Kemudian (2) ada hubungan yang signifikan kondisi kerja dengan subjective well-being, yang ditunjukkan oleh koefisien rx2y=0,682 dan p<0,01 yaitu p=0,000. Kemudian (3) ada hubungan yang signifikan dukungan sosial dan kondisi kerja dengan subjective well being yang ditunjukkan oleh koefisien F=23,237 dan R (koefisien regresi)=0,684 sedangkan R2=0,467 dengan p<0,05 yaitu p=0,000 yang artinya semakin tinggi tingkat dukungan sosial dan kondisi kerja maka semakin tinggi subjective well being. Sebaliknya semakin rendah tingkat dukungan sosial dan kondisi kerja maka semakin rendah subjective well being. This research is aimed to know the relationship between social support and working conditions with subjective well-being of the employees at the office of Pantai Labu District Deli Serdang Regency. The research method is a quantitative, the population of this research are 149 employees at The Office of Pantai Labu District Deli Serdang Regency. The sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling technique with a selected sample size of 56 people. The instrument used are social support instrument, working condition instrument and subjective well being instrument. The analysis used is Multiple Regression Analysis. Analysis of research data shows that (1) there is no significant relationship between social support and subjective well-being as indicated by rx1y=0.065 and, p=0.635, namely p>0.01; (2) there is a significant relationship between working conditions and subjective well-being, as indicated by the coefficient rx2y=0.682 and p=0.000, namely p<0.01; (3) there is a significant relationship between social support and working conditions with subjective wellbeing as indicated by the coefficient F=23,237 and R (regression coefficient) = 0.684 while R2=0.467 with p=0.000, p<0.05, means that the high level of social support and working condition progressively increase the level of subjective well being. On the contrary, the low level of social support and working condition progressively lower the level of subjective well being. |
