dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji secara empirik apakah ada hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan komitmen organisasi pada perawat RS. TNI-AU dr. Abdul Malik. Meode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif korelasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat yang bekerja di RS. TNI-AU dr. Abdul Malik yang berjumlah sebanyak 61 perawat, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan cara total sampling dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 61 karyawan. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah instrumen kepuasan kerja yang terdiri dari 21 aitem (α = 0,879), instrumen Komitmen Organisasi yang terdiri dari 16 aitem (α = 0.869). Analisis data menggunakan teknik r product moment. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini dinyatakan diterima, yaitu ada hubungan positif, yang artinya semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja maka semakin tinggi pula komitmen organisasi. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui perhitungan r Product Moment dengan nilai hubungan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi didapatkan koefisien determinan (Rxy) = 0.960 dengan p = 0.000 < 0.050. Koefisien determinan (r2) dari hubungan antara variable bebas X dengan variable terikat Y adalah sebesar r2 = 0,960. Ini menunjukkan bahwa memiliki hubungan X dengan Y sebesar 96%. Nilai rata-rata empirik variable Kepuasan Kerja = 56.79 sedangkan nilai rata-rata hipotetiknya sebesar = 47.5 nilai SD nya 7.287. Kemudian nilai rata-rata empirik Komitmen Organisasi = 44.26 sedangkan nilai rata-rata hipotetiknya sebesar = 37.5 serta nilai SD nya 6.282. Komitmen Organisasi yang tinggi akibat dari Kepuasan Kerja yang tinggi yang dirasakan oleh perawat. This study aims to determine and empirically test whether there is a correlation between job satisfaction and organizational commitment to hospital nurses. TNI-AU dr. Abdul Malik. The research method used in this study is a quantitative correlation approach. The subjects in this study were nurses who worked in hospitals. TNI-AU dr. Abdul Malik, totaling 61 nurses, the sampling technique was total sampling and the research sample was 61 employees. The measuring instrument used is the job satisfaction instrument consisting of 21 items (α = 0.879), the Organizational Commitment instrument consisting of 16 items (α = 0.869). Data analysis using r product moment technique. Based on data analysis, it was found that the hypothesis proposed in this study was accepted, namely there was a positive correlation, which means that the higher the job satisfaction, the higher the organizational commitment. This is evidenced by the calculation of r Product Moment with the value of the correlation between job satisfaction and organizational commitment, the determinant coefficient (Rxy) = 0.960 with p = 0.000 < 0.050. The determinant coefficient (r2) of the correlation between the independent variable X and the dependent variable Y is r2 = 0.960. This shows that it has a 96% correlation between X and Y. The empirical mean value of the Job Satisfaction variable = 56.79 while the hypothetical average value = 47.5 the SD value is 7,287. Then the empirical average value of Organizational Commitment = 44.26 while the hypothetical average value = 37.5 and the SD value is 6.282.
