dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara Interpersonal Trust dengan Kerjasama Tim pada karyawan bagian operasioanl PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, Cabang Iskandar Muda Medan. Interpersonal Trust adalah suatu kemauan dan keyakinan individu untuk mempercayai, menerima kemampuan serta kata-kata individu lain. Kerjasama Tim adalah individu yang bekerja dalam kelompok dengan kemampuan, talenta, pengalaman dan latar belakang yang berbeda yang berkumpul atau bergabung bersama-sama. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan bagian operasional di PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, Cabang Iskandar Muda Medan sebanyak 35 karyawan dan sampel diambil menggunakan metode total sampling dimana jumlah sampel sama dengan populasi. Metode pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran skala Interpersonal Trust dan Kerjasama Tim dengan format Skala Likert. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Berdasarkan perhitungan menunjukkan koefisien korelasi (rxy) = 0,643 dengan p= 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil ini menunjukkan hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini diterima, yaitu ada hubungan antara Interpersonal Trust dengan Kerjasama Tim. Artinya semakin tinggi interpersonal trust maka semakin tinggi pula kemampuan kerjasama tim. Sebaliknya, semakin rendah interpersonal trust yang dimiliki maka semakin rendah pula kemampuan kerjasama tim. This study aims to find the correlation between Interpersonal Trust and Teamwork on operational section employees of the PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, Cabang Iskandar Muda Medan. Interpersonal Trust is an individual's willingness and belief to trust, accept the abilities and words of other individuals. Teamwork is individual who work in groups with different abilities, talents, experiences and backgrounds who gather or join together. The population in this study were all of the operational section employees at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, Cabang Iskandar Muda Medan. There were 35 employees, which were taken as the sample. Total sampling is the data collection method for this study, with the amount of the sample as many as the population. The method of data collection is through the dissemination of the Interpersonal Trust and Teamwork scale with a Likert Scale format. The data analysis method used in this research is the Correlation Pearson Product Moment. Based on the calculation shows the correlation coefficient (rxy) = 0.643 with p = 0.000 <0.05. These results indicate that the hypothesis proposed in this study was accepted, namely that there was a correlation between Interpersonal Trust and Teamwork. This means that the higher the interpersonal trust, the higher the teamwork ability. On the other hand, the lower the interpersonal trust you have, the lower the team's ability to work together.en_US
