Shallots are generally cultivated seasonally (seasonal). In Indonesia, cultivation is generally carried out in the dry season, namely April-October. This causes the production and price of shallots to fluctuate every year. This study aims to determine the effect of giving various doses of AB mix nutrients, liquid organic fertilizer (POC) from tea waste factory waste, and determine the most appropriate dose of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) for the growth and production of shallot (Allium ascalonicum L.) grown hydroponically vertically. This research was conducted using a non-factorial completely randomized design (CRD), which consisted of one treatment factor and was repeated five times. The treatment factor of tea waste liquid organic fertilizer (T) with a concentration of 980-1260 ppm, T1 = 980 - 1060 ppm, T2 = 1080 - 1160 ppm, T3 = 1180 - 1260 ppm, and T0 = AB Mix as a positive control. Provision of Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC) of Tea Waste Treatment T3 with a concentration of 1180-1260 ppm was significantly different in the production of shallots (Allium ascalonicum L.) grown vertically hydroponically, 5,67 ton/ha so based on this study onion cultivation Hydroponic red onion (Allium ascalonicum L.) grown vertically has not been able to increase the production of Shallots (Allium ascalonicum L.) according to the description, namely 12.47-14.08 tons/ha.en_US
