Abstract: Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan dari ekstrak keladi tikus (Typhonium flagelliforme (Lodd.)) sebagai biofungisida terhadap penyebab penyakit gugur daun (Pestalotiopsis sp.) pada tanaman karet (Hevea brasiliensis) secara in-vitro. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di UPT. Perlindungan Tanaman Pangan dan Hortikultura Provinsi Sumatera Utara di Jln. Jend. Besar A. H. Nasution No.4 Pangkalan Mansyur, Medan dan Laboratorium Kimia Organik di Jl. Bioteknologi No.1 Kampus USU Padang Bulan, Medan dari bulan Agustus 2021 sampai dengan bulan November 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap Non Faktorial dengan 3 ulangan. Faktor perlakuan konsentrasi ekstrak keladi tikus yaitu kontrol negatif (tanpa perlakuan); kontrol positif (fungisida sintetis 0,2%); dan konsentrasi berturut-turut adalah 3%; 5%; 7%; dan 9%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian ekstrak daun, batang dan umbi keladi tikus efektif untuk mengendalikan cendawan patogen (Pestalotiopsis sp.) penyebab penyakit gugur daun tanaman karet. Pada konsentrasi ekstrak daun keladi tikus 9% didapat persentase penghambatan tertinggi pada perlakuan K5 sebesar 68,38% berbeda sangat nyata dengan perlakuan ekstrak daun keladi tikus 3% dan Kontrol negatif (tanpa perlakuan), pada konsentrasi ekstrak batang 9% didapat persentase penghambatan tertinggi pada perlakuan K9 sebesar 2,50% berbeda sangat nyata dengan perlakuan ekstrak batang 3%, kontrol negatif (tanpa perlakuan) dan pada konsentrasi ekstrak umbi keladi tikus 9% didapat persentase penghambatan tertinggi pada perlakuan K12 sebesar 43,35% berbeda sangat nyata dengan perlakuan ekstrak umbi keladi tikus 3%, 5%, 7% dan hasil analisis. Research aim to determine the effectiveness of keladi tikus extract (Typhonium flagelliforme (Lodd.)) effective as biofungicide against leaf fall disease (Pestalotiopsis sp.) in rubber (Hevea brasiliensis) plants in vitro. This research was conducted at UPT. Protection of Food Crops and Horticulture of North Sumatra on Jln. Jend. Besar A. H. Nasution No.4 Pangkalan Mansyur, Medan and Organic Chemistry Laboratory on Jl. Biotechnology No.1 University of North Sumatra, from August to November 2021. This research used non factorial completely randomized design with three replications. The treatment factors for the concentration of keladi tikus extract is negative control (no treatment); positive control (synthetic fungicide 0.2%); and successive concentrations is 3%; 5%; 7%; and 9%. The results showed that the extract of the leaves, stems and tubers of keladi tikus was effective in controlling the fungal pathogen (Pestalotiopsis sp.) that causes leaf fall disease in rubber plants. At a concentration of 9% keladi tikus leaf extract, the highest percentage of inhibition on K5 treatment of 68.38%, very significantly different from the 3% keladi tikus leaf extract treatment and negative control (no treatment), at a concentration of 9% keladi tikus stem extract concentration the highest inhibition percentage was on K9 treatment of 2.50% was very significantly different from 3% keladi tikus stem extract treatment, negative control (no treatment) and at a concentration of 9% extract of keladi tikus tuber, the highest percentage of inhibition was obtained in K12 treatment of 43.35%, highly significant different with the extract of keladi tikus tuber treatment. 3%, 5%, 7% and analytical analysis.
