dc.description.abstractTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Pemanen PTPN III Rantauprapat baik secara parsial dan secara simultan. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah adanya pengaruh kompetensi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Pemanen PTPN III Rantauprapat. Dalam penelitian ini 102 orang karyawan pemanen menjadi sample penelitian. Pusposive Sampling menjadi teknik pemngambilan sample. Metode pengambilan data adalah skala likert kompetensi, kompensasi dan kinerja karyawan. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis linier regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1. Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan. 2. Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Pemanen PTPN III Rantauprapat. 3. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompetensi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Pemanen PTPN III Rantauprapat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka hipotesis yang diajukan dinyatakan diterima. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence and compensation on the performance of PTPN III Rantauprapat Harvesters, both partially and simultaneously. The proposed hypothesis is the influence of competence and compensation on the performance of PTPN III Rantauprapat harvesters. In this study 102 harvester employees became the research sample. Pusposive Sampling is a sampling technique. The data collection method is a Likert scale of competence, compensation and employee performance. Data analysis using multiple regression linear analysis model. The results of this study are: 1. Partially there is a significant influence between competence on employee performance. 2. Partially there is a significant effect of compensation on the performance of PTPN III Rantauprapat Harvesters. 3. Simultaneously there is a significant effect between competence and compensation on the performance of PTPN III Rantauprapat Harvesters. Based on the results of this study, the proposed hypothesis is accepted.en_US
