dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan pemberian insentif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Astra Credit Companies Medan. Masalah difokuskan pada budaya organisasi dan pemberian insentif dalam perusahaan. alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala budaya organisasi, pemberian insentif dan kepuasan kerja pada 89 orang karyawan Astra Credit Companies Medan dan dilakukan analisis secara kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linear berganda. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan budaya organisasi dan pemberian insentif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Astra Credit Companies Medan. Dengan nilai F= 37.5. Besarnya pengaruh budaya organisasi dan pemberian insentif terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 46,60 % sedangkan sisanya 53,40 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar penelitian. This study aims to find out the influence of organizational culture and the provision of incentives on Astra Credit Companies Medan employees' job satisfaction. Problems are focused on organizational culture and the provision of incentives within the company. measurement tools used are organizational culture scale, granting incentives and job satisfaction to 89 people of Astra Credit Companies Medan employees and conducted a quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression methods. This study concluded that there was a significant positive effect on organizational culture and the provision of incentives on Astra Credit Companies Medan employees' job satisfaction. With an F= 37.5 value. The size of organizational culture and the provision of incentives on job satisfaction amounted to 46.60 % while the rest 53.40 % were influenced by other factors outside the study. | en_US |
